The personnel were friendly but the delivery was wanting. Ordered a sofa but they delivered the wrong colour and material. After more than one month of waiting, there are still no updates about the right sofa to be delivered. Although they let us use the sofa they delivered wrongly, I still want my correct colour and material which I ordered in the first place
They have more cashback from single transaction than other services, but so what... When I did very a big transaction, cashback was denied. They said that "Transaction was assigned to different subject", but I did it the same way as always. So if cashback is too big, you won't get anything. I'm going back to competition, maybe less cashback percent, but quicker payments and cashback acceptance.
I could live with waiting for payment a month or two, but rejecting transaction when it's worth too much... That's too annoying.

I had to wait more than 6 months to receive payment! This service is no more reliable!

In general, it’s good service that helps to save money. But not always my transactions appears in the list even if I did everything correctly. So, I have to add them manually, which is time consuming.
The best portal , cashbacks and fantastic service, I trully recommend!!!!
