Excellent value, Excellent service, very pleased.

The car was great value for money and everything went smoothly

Alex and his colleague were most helpful, explaining the Citroen C5 AirCross to me and the second driver; completing a comprehensive inspection of the exterior before we drove away. Returning the vehicle, when there were others collecting cars, was painless, with the block deposit returned promptly - also, Alex offered to drive us to the airport! Good service, car clean in and out; would use Kefalonia Planet Car Hire at the airport again! Booking on line was pretty straightforward; reminders regarding necessary documents before travel was both efficient and useful.

When picking up the car from Drivalia at Belfast international airport we were most disappointed with the Man who was working behind the desk (A J Livingston). We told him that we had full insurance booked through Rental cars, where upon he took great delight in telling us that Rental Cars insurance was not worth the paper it was written on when we told him where we were going to he told us that it would cost us £1500 if there were any scrapes or dents on the car. He then offered there own insurance which was £150 for the 4 days we were using the car for. This had a detrimental effect on us and the way we were going to use the car ie not going into town in case the car was damaged. He should have supplied Bubble wrap. We have hired cars all over the world and without a shadow of doubt this is the worst experience we have ever had.
We realise he works for Drivalia but he represents Rental Cars and his actions were not acceptable. we will be making a complaint to Drivalia as well.

Rented a fabulous VW Up for a week, it was a simple collection and drop off, no nonsense at all, would definitely use these guys again.. Thank You

Planet rental is great and easy to use. The problem is the car rental company sales people trying to scare people into buying unnecessary expensive extra insurance.

Great experience, no bells or whistles, pick your vehicle, pay your money and off you go. The staff at enterprise know their stuff and we’re very helpful. I will definitely use planet again, they offer unbeatable prices.

The staff at Chania airport (Kydon) were excellent, efficient helpful and friendly both when we collected the car late evening (8-5-26) and delivered it back two weeks later. The car was great, almost new, clean, ran perfectly and fuel efficient, what more could we want? Also at 77 years old some companies won't hire to me now although I am an experienced advanced trained driver. Thank you very much, hopefully be back, Chris Wilson.

The company that rented the car to us is very good; they are honest and delivered a vehicle in excellent condition. They were courteous during the delivery and fair when returning the vehicle, without trying to push repairs that were not our fault.

However, the shuttle employee who picked us up at the airport on the day we picked up the vehicle was extremely rude and lacked manners. He yelled at us disproportionately because we hadn't seen him in the parking lot. I had to ask him to calm down, and I almost decided to cancel the rental. It was a horrible experience that ruined my day.
