I feel it is my responsibility to share…

I feel it is my responsibility to share our experience so other parents can take an informed decision.

We enrolled our child in PlanetSpark after being impressed by their advertisements and promises. Unfortunately, the actual experience was completely different. Multiple teachers were changed frequently, classes lacked consistency, and there was no proper academic support or monitoring from the company.

When I approached them for a refund due to these issues, I did not receive any clear or satisfactory response. Communication was slow and unresolved.

I strongly suggest parents do thorough research before enrolling. Please check independent reviews on social media platforms like Facebook and other forums to understand the real experiences of customers, not just advertisements.

This post is only to create awareness so that other parents don’t face the same situation.

We were told that during the first ~5 classes (about one month) we can decide whether to continue or cancel.

This assurance strongly influenced our decision to enroll.

After payment, multiple commitments were not fulfilled (curriculum, coordination, support).

Call recordings, parent group, and personal coordinator that were promised were never provided.

The counsellor became unreachable after payment.

When cancellation was requested, it was first assured and then flatly denied.

Support response was rude and dismissive.

Parents are left alone with no clear person to approach.

Politeness and promises exist only until payment is made.

After that, it becomes silence, delays, and denial.

⚠️ Please don’t rely on verbal promises.
Get everything in writing.
Avoid EMIs without a clear, written exit policy.
If you feel urgency pressure — pause immediately 🚩

I believe this is one of the biggest scams I have personally faced in online education.

My details are already with you guys. Just replying to the message and proving that you are right at your end can't help.
Instead you guys should take action.

But after the payment and since the time I asked him to cancel he stopped responding and picking up the phone.
He also mentioned that recordings will also be available for every classes. But till now I don't see any recordings. This issue was already raised but no solution given.
There teachers also say they don't know how to record as till now no-one asked for the recordings.

Don't know what to do...

Parents please be aware before signing up these types of programs thinking that this is for your child's future. Remember on the name of education lot of scams are running these days with heavy fee.

Our experience with PlanetSpark has…

Our experience with PlanetSpark has been extremely disappointing. The quality of instruction is poor, unstructured, and completely misaligned with what is promised during enrollment.
A live class was conducted while the teacher was driving and juggling personal responsibilities, resulting in a noisy, chaotic session. This reflects serious lack of professionalism and oversight.
Despite charging varying fee amounts to different customers, there is no consistency or quality control.
Most concerning is that the refund assurance is misleading. Once concerns are raised, refund requests are denied using technicalities.
⚠️ Strong advice to parents: record all classes and enrollment discussions and the best thing is just refrain yourself from this very platform .

I enrolled my 5-year-old daughter in PlanetSpark for communication skills based on their assurance that the curriculum would be age-appropriate. Unfortunately, that promise was not kept.

The curriculum provided was not suitable for a 5-year-old child. I repeatedly informed them that my daughter was facing difficulty with the classes and requested a change in curriculum. No proper action was taken, despite multiple follow-ups and tickets.

Whenever I raised an issue, I only received calls with false assurances like “we will update you”, but no real solution or update was ever given.

Now, when I asked to discontinue the service and request a refund, they are refusing and saying that after attending 5 classes, discontinuation is not allowed. This condition was never disclosed at the time of enrolment. Had this been informed earlier, I would not have enrolled at all.

Fees were taken through a loan arrangement, and EMIs are being deducted even though the promised service was not delivered. This is highly unprofessional and misleading.

I am extremely disappointed with PlanetSpark’s lack of transparency, poor grievance handling, and unfair policies. I would not recommend this platform to parents of young children.

My child has been learning with PlanetSpark for a few months and the experience is good overall. I specially want to thank Prastuti Konwar ma’am for her support and teaching style. She is very patient and knows how to handle kids in a friendly way. My child feels comfortable in her class and is now more confident in speaking English.

Parents please don't join your kids in…

Parents please don't join your kids in Planetspark for any courses.we have enrolled our our kid in this and got trapped. While the councelling session they are sweet and said many word that you can can your classes anytime and EMI also you can stop with no questions asked. After asking them them refund they will not respond . Still waiting for the reply from them. Putting our hard earned money here and unfortunately saw many parents were cheated as such.
We have paid 7850/- at time of enrollment and now we are paying through EMI and unable to cancel them.
@Planetspark please refund our money as we don't want to continue our kid

PlanetSpark has been an okay experience for my child overall. The classes are well organized and most of the teachers are friendly and encouraging, which helped my child feel more confident while speaking. I have seen some improvement, which is reassuring as a parent. That said, some classes feel a bit rushed, and the quality can vary depending on the teacher. I also wish there was more detailed feedback and clearer updates on my child’s progress.

PlanetSpark has been an okay experience…

PlanetSpark has been an okay experience for us so far. The curriculum seems thoughtfully designed, and my child does enjoy some of the interactive speaking activities. There are moments where I can see small improvements in confidence, which is encouraging as a parent.

That said, the overall experience hasn’t been completely smooth. Sometimes it’s hard to get quick clarity on schedules or progress, and a few things feel more complicated than they need to be. Nothing major, but enough to feel a bit frustrating at times.

I wouldn’t say it’s a bad platform, but there is definitely room for improvement. If communication and system flow improve, it could be a much stronger experience. For now, I’d call it average with potential.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Waste of Time and Money

PlanetSpark’s demo classes are completely misleading. The demo sessions are impressive, engaging, and well-structured — but once they get your money and the refund window is over, the reality is a day-and-night difference.
The teaching quality drops drastically.

The assigned teacher is rude, disengaged, and conducts classes just for the sake of completion, with zero involvement or genuine teaching. There is no effort to correct, guide, or motivate the child.

The coordinator completely disappears after enrollment and does not respond to messages at all. Raising support tickets is a joke — there is either no response or meaningless template replies with no action. Numerous promises are made during sales calls, but there is absolutely zero delivery.
This is not just my personal experience — several of my friends have gone through the exact same issues, which clearly shows this is a pattern, not an exception.

PlanetSpark turned out to be a complete waste of money and, more importantly, my child’s valuable time. I strongly recommend parents save their money and go with a tutor you know personally or a platform that actually delivers what it promises.

I would never recommend PlanetSpark to anyone. Please don’t fall for the demo — once you pay, you’re on your own.

Worst Experience with PlanetSpark

In this platform they promise three types of classes:

(1) Learn Classes where a teacher is assigned to conduct one-to-one classes

(2) Practice Classes where a teacher manages 5-10 children and help them practice the topics

(3) Performance Classes where the AI is supposed to give tasks to the kids for 1 hour based on the student level and understanding

NONE OF THEM ARE WORKING PROPERLY FOR MATHEMATICS STUDENTS.

Learn Classes: I was looking for Vedic Mathematics class for my daughter, and I came across the ad from PlanetSpark. The academic counsellor displayed an elaborate presentation (PPT Slides) with details of their Vedic Mathematics Curriculum and convinced me to register. But in the LMS platform, I could not see any classes related to that. When I checked with the Academic Counsellor, they mentioned that they will ask the teacher to cover those topics. More than 6 months, only the regular academic Mathematics topics were being covered, and I was not seeing much improvement in my daughter's performance and her grasp on the concepts were still poor.

Feb 12, 2026: NO RESOLUTION YET

Jan 24, 2026: After my review in Trustpilot the social media team contacted me and unlike the support team, they seem to be proactive and co-operative compared to the regular support team. He promised to help me get the new teacher assigned. Spoke to the new teacher and requested to share clear lesson plans for the remaining 26 Learn Classes ahead of the sessions and also provide conceptual notes and practice exercises for each class.

Jan 29, 2026: Teacher did not respond. Escalated again. Subsequently they said they are trying to find a Vedic Mathematics teacher and will assign within 48 hours.

Feb 8, 2026: Vedic Mathematics Teacher is not assigned yet.

Practice Classes: No flexibility in timings for practice classes as they promised when enrolling. The entire class topics got jumbled up in the platform. All the classes attended so far are showing wrong topics which were not actually covered.

Performance class is not working. It is more than 7 months now. The performance class technical glitch is not resolved yet in spite of continuous follow-ups. Tickets get marked as resolved without proper resolution. The representative from social media team has informed me that they will ensure a proper resolution of this.

Feb 10, 2026: Again, the ticket got marked as resolved without solving the issue. The issue persists and the team does not have any clue on what the issue or how to fix it.

Support Pain Points: (1) Poor support. Tickets are getting marked as resolved, but the problem persists. (2) Assured Call Back is available in support. In spite of raising multiple requests no one has called me back. After multiple tickets and call back requests, the social media team has taken the initiative to interfere and has promised resolution for each of the issues faced.

Platform Issues: Classes which are completed are not getting marked as completed.

I will edit this review with updates on the resolution provided. With the steps taken by social media team and on their request, I am increasing my rating from 1-star to 3-star with the hope that other issues will be addressed.

Feb 12, 2026: It is more than 3 weeks now and things are not moving in right direction. I am reducing the rating again to 1-star. Once all the issues are resolved, will consider increasing the star rating ONLY if they fix their problems and provide a good experience and support.

I am not going to use the platform till I get a proper resolution. It is our hard-earned money that is being swindled through unethical practices of the sales team and support team. But will consider this as a lesson learnt.

Sharing this as a genuine warning to…

Sharing this as a genuine warning to others. The course is sold with big promises, but once the payment is done, their response drops significantly. Not all the promised classes are delivered, and after a few sessions they simply claim the course is completed. The course quality itself is substandard, and follow-up becomes almost impossible. To make matters worse, it’s very common for the sales person to suddenly say they’ve “left the company,” leaving no accountability. Even the assigned tutor is largely helpless, with no real control. Please do proper due diligence before enrolling.

Deceptive Practices, Fake Refunds, and Poor Quality – NRI Parents Beware

I am an NRI parent living in the US, and I am writing this review to warn others about the fraudulent practices at PlanetSpark. I enrolled my child expecting quality education and a flexible refund policy. Instead, I was cheated, manipulated, and lied to.

Person named Aryan was the PlanetSpark's marketing guy who convinced us into this program, he literally made us pay the entire amount in one shot in that live session. We really got convinced as they were sounding promising and really assured us refund in case something goes wrong.But evrything was a lie & scam which we could not identify that time.

The Product is Substandard: Despite charging a premium (collecting a full year’s payment upfront), the quality is shocking. The teachers assigned to my child spoke broken English and lacked basic communication skills. We changed the teacher once too but it was not helpful. But for a platform promising "English education," this is embarrassing and unacceptable.

The "Support" is Non-Existent: Once they have your money, you cease to exist to them.

Chat Support: They stop responding completely after payment.

Ticketing System: This is a fake system. Every ticket I raised was automatically marked "resolved" after a few days with a generic "we are working on it" message. No investigation ever happens.

The Deception (The Real Scam): This is the most critical part of my experience. After I initially posted a negative review detailing these issues, their employee, Animesh Verma, contacted me immediately.

He did not call to fix the teaching quality.

He called to make a deal: He promised to process my refund by 31st Dec 2025 if I removed my negative reviews.

I wanted to trust them one last time, so I removed the reviews and waited.

The Outcome: Refund request initiated on 29 Aug 2025 and It is now 20 January 2026.

I have received ZERO refund even after trying to contact them numerous times.

Animesh has stopped responding to my calls and emails.

They successfully tricked me into silencing my complaint so they could keep my money.

Note : I messaged both the founders(Maneesh & Kunal) of PlanetSpark on LinkedIn directly and sent personal emails additionally describing entire situation. This seems to be useless step too as i was not even acknowledged and this shows the utter low grade standards of PlanetSpark.
