I am a teaching expert at planet spark. My experience on the planet spark is very interesting. The portal is well designed in an effective on the go way so we can handle the portal from anywhere. It's too easy for us and the parents to get connected with each other. Also the earnings sources are so many in their portal not only from the teaching but apart from it I can earn daily incentives and a huge amount of money in a month.
If there will be some technical issues facing in the classroom well trained experts or live troubleshooters are there for solving the problem. Overall it's a good company for learn and grow. Work culture is fantastic.

Cons: Till yet I have not faced any kind of problem here. It's good company for keeping yourselves busy and paid for that.
Just a thing the classroom activities and connectivity can be enhanced for much better experience for the students and teachers both.
Apart everything is excellent here .

A platform to learn communication skills

It's a great platform for kids, working professionals and home makers to brush up their communication skills and be a confident public speaker.

The company is fine and with decent payout for wfh teachers . although it can be better with their customer support and i was lucky to get a good manager Geetika . i can ask her any query and everything.

The ₹5,000 registration fee has now been refunded after follow-up.
Initial experience involved strong pressure to enroll in a long-term package and EMI, and there was a delay in response regarding the refund.
While the refund was eventually processed, I suggest parents clearly understand payment and refund terms before enrolling.

As their services price is very high . After enrolment they are giving proper attention to child.

We enrolled our child with PlanetSpark after a very persuasive sales call and opted for a long-term package. However, before any class started, we realised the program duration (200 classes) was not suitable for our child’s interest or current requirement.

The main issue is cancellation. Even though no enrollment was created, no dashboard existed, no teacher was assigned, and no class was attended, the team kept insisting that we must first create an enrollment, attend at least one “observation class”, and then raise cancellation from the dashboard.

This felt unreasonable, as it would mean starting a service just to be able to cancel it. There is no clear written policy shared that says attending a class is mandatory for cancellation.

The teaching platform may be useful for some children, but parents should be very careful before committing to long-term EMI plans. My experience suggests that while sales communication is very proactive, cancellation before service commencement is unnecessarily complicated.

I recommend parents start with a very small package, clearly understand refund terms in writing, and avoid long commitments upfront.

Additional info:
The course fee was ₹75,000, pushed through a high-pressure sales call. The sales representative (Eeshan) repeatedly insisted on immediate payment, despite my request to first receive a written quote and take 1–2 days to review the program and EMI terms.

I was not given adequate time to understand the EMI terms and conditions, cancellation process, or refund policy before payment. The focus was solely on completing the transaction, not on suitability for the child or transparency of terms.

Only after payment did we fully realise the long-term commitment (200 classes) and the complex cancellation conditions, which were not clearly explained upfront.

This experience felt sales-driven rather than customer-centric, especially considering the high amount involved and that the program had not even started.

I strongly advise against trusting this company. Once the fee is collected, their true conduct becomes evident. Reaching them afterward is unnecessarily difficult and burdened with excessive procedures. Customers are required to raise a support ticket and then wait indefinitely, entirely at the company’s convenience, with no assurance of timely or meaningful assistance.

Learning system is best

It is a good platform for improving English communication and confidence. The classes are interactive and the teachers are supportive. It is a good tool for fixing your child's confidence level.

Enrolled for a demo class in this company, but decided against it after reading some honest reviews. However even after I messaged them, still receiving non-stop calls from different numbers, as mentioned previously by another comment here. No respect for people's privacy.

Very persistent in emailing me to make me remove my review and kind of blackmailing that the emails will stop only after i remove my review.

The planet spark is really worth it as the course is customised as per our requirements and the teachers are very professional

My kid was kind of introvert and shy in nature, I have got him joined in Planet spark, he is being trained well, he is so interactive now and gained his speaking skills.

Would actually like to give zero star. They are true frauds, public looting people on the name of public speaking and just playing with the needs and gaps in the education system.
They do not have any experienced teachers. Just few polished ones will showup at times. Very difficult to schedule or reschedule with them as it's not a proper website and it's Vagely developed. They do not have and structure of classes which they promise. Their only aim is to collect as much as possible and never showup.
I have enrolled my kid and paid all the amount, ofcourse no cost emi with my credit card, but planet spark had received all their amount. As per the initial discussion, we can cancel it if not satisfied within first 5 classes. After attending the first class itself, we have understood their miss management and scheduling issues along with incapability of the teachers. I asked them for a refund as I cannot keep spending all my time with rescheduling and follow ups. Mentioning that my reasoning is not part of their policy they have not refunded. Beware with this company. Already raised a cyber complaint. Fighting for last 2 months for my refund. A guy name from the backend department has called me saying that they would not worry about any complaints and is the worst person to deal. Do not trust them even with 1% hope.

Save yourself the time, the stress, and the money—do not enroll with PlanetSpark......

The Transaction and the Predatory Penalty:

I paid INR 36,000 for a course. My child attended ONE CLASS.

For this single class, PlanetSpark unilaterally decided to retain INR 9,201 of my money. This is a shocking 25% penalty on the total course fee for a service that was immediately cancelled due to poor quality and false promises.

Breakdown of the Illegal Retention (INR 9,201):

INR 7,200 (20% Processing Fee): This is a predatory, exorbitant fee charged on the ENTIRE course amount (INR 36,000). This clause is designed to financially trap parents from the moment of enrollment, making a refund virtually impossible.

INR 2,000 (Phantom Classes): They fraudulently charged me for two additional classes that were never scheduled, never delivered, and never attended. This is theft.

The Extortion and Manipulation:

After forcing me to wait five months for an incomplete refund, PlanetSpark is now using the remaining INR 9,201 as leverage. They are demanding I delete my honest public reviews before they will process the payment they legally owe me. This is not customer service; it is a clear attempt at extortion and censorship of negative feedback.

If you are considering PlanetSpark, be aware: their business model is designed to collect large fees upfront and penalize you severely if you try to leave. The quality of the product is irrelevant; their priority is retaining your money through excessive hidden fees.

Had a terrible experience with this platform. Here's what happened:

• They pressured us to pay immediately after the demo class. Kept calling non-stop until we enrolled.

• The demo teacher was excellent, so we signed up. She left after just 2 classes. The sales person who got us to join? Also left right after taking our payment. Too much of a coincidence.

• Teachers kept changing almost every day after that. Quality dropped significantly.

• They never mentioned "performance classes" are just AI - no real teacher. My son sits there talking to an unresponsive AI. If I wanted AI learning, I'd use ChatGPT or Gemini for free.

• Promised 1-on-1 classes but added "practice classes" with multiple students. Teacher just points out mistakes without actually teaching corrections.

• Login portal constantly fails. OTP doesn't come or doesn't work. Wastes 10+ minutes every class.

• Raised multiple support tickets about all these issues. Zero response. No callbacks. Complete silence once they have your money.

They misrepresented everything and provide no support after payment. Save yourself the headache and choose a different platform.

Planet Spark’s initiatives are highly commendable. It is the right choice for fostering confidence in corporate environments.
