I placed an order on Tuesday 15th July…
I placed an order on Tuesday 15th July on a dpd 48hrs tracked but still haven’t received any tracking details or the parcel 📦
Tried yo email but not receiving. Not good.
After a couple of weeks and some email from a lovely lady called Katie I finally and received the items today. I think there was a problem with how my order went through which caused it to be cancelled. But everything is sorted now and due how they helped I would use them again.

Extremely poor service from Planks
Extremely poor service from Planks. Possibly the worst I have experienced. Ordered a jacket which I used in March and unfortunately the zip stopped working. I was asked to sort it out myself and send them the bill, I declined and asked for a refund. I have been waiting since April (it is now the end of July) for a refund. I am now without a jacket, a refund and no further correspondence. I sent my jacket back over a month ago and heard nothing!! Perhaps a bad review will get a result. Come on planks, sort it out!

Quality ski gear at a decent price
Quality ski gear at a decent price. Recently purchased a down jacket midlayer and ski shell jacket. Both are great quality and looked shreddy on the slopes. Only niggle is that unisex clothing always seems to have very long sleeves, too long for me and women in general.

Awaiting Refund or delivery no communication
I loved Planks clothing.Ordered trousers and an empty envelope arrived that had seemingly been opened en route. I contacted planks they apologised and suggested they had dispatched replacement trousers, I have not received anything.
Situation is now no trousers, no communication from Planks and no refund. This order was placed in April as a gift and it s now June . Please communicate !

It appears that your original parcel was damaged and lost in transit. We did try to arrange a replacement, but unfortunately, as it was the end of the season, the trousers were out of stock. As a result, we issued you a full refund.

Still waiting for a refund from retuned items they received on 2nd may by recorded delivery. Was sent holding response it may take 10 days from receipt to refund but have since stopped replying to emails. customer service is non existent and now I’m worried I will be out of pocket. Very dissatisfied

No idea if they will refund
I placed an order for £363.60 which arrived in good time. I had to return the items as they were too big, which I did via recorded delivery on 18th April. I have not been refunded and Planks customer care have ignored my multiple emails to their various email addresses. There is no number to call on their website. I am very concerned by this as it looks like they will not return my money.

Did not receive refund
Put through an order. Received the free item that came with my order. Then received a notification that the stock had been incorrect and I wouldn't receive my order. Was then charged £48 for the 'free item' which I didn't want in the first place and only added as it was offered with my purchase. Not my fault that stock was incorrectly calculated and I would like to return my item, but emails and inst messages have gone unanswered. Not happy, welcome a response here please

Great quality products, but slow refund
I have still not received my refund of £380, despite making my return on the 5th December - this is over 6 weeks ago. I have emailed the company multiple times, and unfortunately they have not been able to help.
I am still hoping they will get in touch, and rectify my issue.....
I have amended my review, as after further correspondence I eventually received a full refund for my returned items.
The Planks item that I did keep was great quality, and the actual products themselves I can’t fault!

Refund issues and odd sizing
Historically I have loved the brand, bought plenty of stuff from Planks before which has been amazing, but recently ordered a load of kit before Christmas and had to return it, as the length of the arms on XL clothing were so long, even though the chest fit fine. Up to this point, all good - I don’t mind if stuff doesn’t fit me I’m happy to return it etc.
But, the refund took a long time to process, just coming up to 4 weeks, and the customer service left it long enough to reply to any of my emails to make me think I wasn’t going to see my money again! I had read that Planks entered into Administration last year, so thought it could be something to do with that.
Thankfully after a few emails they have now got back to me, and have rectified the refund issue - hence editing my original review!
