While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Features were okay but lacked Bluesky…

Features were okay but lacked Bluesky integration, so we eventually switched to a different platform - which was when the issues started.

Doesn't matter if you cancelled the services before the renewal period. They WILL ABSOLUTELY try to charge you for it and then lock you out of you account until you pay the ransom.

Was originally feeling pretty neutral about them but this is horrible and absolutely disgusting behaviour. Definitely not going to consider signing up again in future.

AVOID. Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service. We've signed up to a subscription with Plann and being charged $30 per month. The subscription isn't showing against our account, after numerous emails I'm still yet to get a response from anyone. AVOID at all cost

Unethical billing practices

Unethical billing practices. I hadn't used the app for well over 6 months - kind of hard to find out exactly how long the break lasted. I paid the annual subscription in full. When Plann went to recharge for the next year, that card had expired. I had to take a break from my business to care for my brother who died of cancer. When I returned and reopened my account, my billing went from $84 annual to $150 annual. FINE, I accept that everything costs more these days. However, instead of the year that was promised, for some reason Plann oddly gave me from May until January - a fraction of what I paid nearly double for. AND is attempting to charge my card $84.00 approximately every 7 minutes. I reached out to Plann with no decent explanation why. This is dishonest. I am now stuck with a 'Plann' that I feel ripped off by. No refund. No resolution. Buyer beware!!! EDIT to ADD: I sent an inquiry via email about the excessive attempts to charge my card additional money. ‘Marky’ assured me that because I had an active fully paid subscription that they would not continue to try to charge my card. WRONG!! After 13 attempts in two days, they just billed my card an additional $84!!! Crooks!!

Plannthat are lying to you.

Plannthat are lying to you.

I approached Plannthat with high hopes but have been met moments of mild enjoyment but most major frustrations. Its not particularly user friendly, has poor analytics but I kept it for the hastag & media collections.

Writing this today because this is the last time I waste time and effort when one of my carousel posts goes missing.

Their helpdesk says they wait 5mins before deleting a carousel post. Thats B* - its immediate, I should know it just happened again for the nth time and it has been happening for months!
