My order was blocked, and the fault was mine. So I thought nothing more of it. I informed Carol but was not looking for any kind of compensation whatsoever. Then out of the blue I received an email from Carol saying she looked up my order and resent it, which she in no way was obliged to do but did anyway. That to me is above and beyond. first off, selection is amazing and reasonably priced. second, they explained shipping to the US so that it would all be easy for me. lastly, i received the seeds fast and with instructions to help them germinate.

This company is amazing to work with. All I bought was 3 seed packets. USDA confiscated them even though they were an allowable item. Plant World Seeds sent me step by step directions on how to apply for a seed permit and re sent my order at no additional cost. In addition, any time I had questions they responded quickly. Great company to work with.

Bought a package of Eriogonum Umbellatum seeds. Package contained only one seed. I don't expect a huge batch, but only one seed is a bit harsh. Not worth the trouble. Next time I will order in the United States directly, where Eriogonum Umbellatum is native.
