Dreadful attitude on a wedding day
I clicked the email symbol on the website and ordered 3 white roses for collection for my daughters wedding. After several days I heard nothing so I rang and a very abrupt woman told me they never read their emails! I placed the order and collected the roses and found the stems were bone dry ie they hadn’t been on any water. We delivered them to the venue but the day of the wedding the coordinator told me that although they had been in water in a cool room overnight they had started to drop and go brown. She’d rung plantation and was spoken to very rudely and was told ‘ i’m not coming out for three roses ‘ even though they were for my daughter from her three grandparents that had passed away. I have previously encountered very rude staff but tolerated it as the quality was good. This is now not the case so will go elsewhere.
