I have ordered from this company some half dozen times over the last year, often many different plants and fairly large quantities. The experience is generally good:

- delivery is fast and reliable
- service is efficient and friendly
- the sizes correspond to the descriptions, or better
- the quality of the plants is generally good*

The last point comes with an asterisk, because there was noticeable variation across the year. The first plants I ordered in spring were excellent. As we moved into summer, however, the quality declined. Several plants arrived dried out, and some were beyond saving. It seems that they cannot handle the scale of their operation when the weather gets hot and dry. There is of course an easy solution here---avoid ordering from them in the heat of summer.

Well I give one because I can’t give 0.
Arrive to the Nederland for vacation, lived here 25 years.
Bought a plant from this company. And they deliver a thing that you can’t call a plant. Maybe you can call a shit plant.
And was NOT what I order. Try to contact the company and as response was is ok the plant.
Well last time a bought from them and I advise people to don’t use this company.
It’s horrible what they sell.

I ordered last year some roses and jasmin, I planted them in October and all my plants are fine except 1 which I killed, probably planted in wrong spot. This week I received 11 plants from this company- all of them in a perfect condition, very healthy. Customer service works great and very happy with my order.

They are one of the best plant company in Holland with top quality and wonderful service.
