Success!

I lost 14 lbs during the program. In the interest of full disclosure, I was in PT for knee pain at the same time, but I was specifically looking to tone my upper body and lose weight. That happened with this program. The exercises were effective, but the shift to a plant based diet made all the difference and continues to determine what I will be consumi on a daily basis.

Fitness and toning reboot

Plant-Empowered Fitness (sculpting and toning program) got me back on track with my fitness goals. I always valued exercise, and wanted to maintain muscle as I’m now in my 50’s- but was having difficulties staying motivated and consistent. After signing up for this program, the fitness app and strength training exercises were awesome for giving me the drive to follow through. In addition, Tamara’s guidance on form and how to build on progress each week, and the plant-based nutrition suggestions were incredibly helpful. As a vegan, it meant a lot to work with someone who could support my fitness goals through the power of plants. Now I'm feeling stronger, more energized and toned - and I’m continuing my fitness program independently- with the drive to follow through because the end results feel great! I highly recommend this program!

Very Valuable Experience

Tamara is very knowledgeable and supportive. She takes the time to listen and identify obstacles and motivations for my journey. I was very glad to find someone who is my age (40+) and plant based to help me with my fitness goals.

Post Maternity Restart

Tamara was instrumental for me to restart my wellness journey after delivering my second baby at 43. It was a very difficult time for me with my husband being deployed in the Army, a new baby and a close friend passing away from cancer. She reached out with her wellness plan and I agreed to it to try to shift me to a better place.
What I loved about it was the amount of thought she put into it and how specific the plan was to my needs and preferences. She sent me videos explaining the rationale behind certain things, product recommendations and created a holistic plan that included exercises, nutrition and mindfulness practices.
Following this plan I was able to lose some "baby weight", but most importantly it centered me during a difficult time and allowed me to put my well being first. Highly recommend!

Tamara is knowledgeable, kind & effective

I worked with Tamara in 2022 with the intention of gaining muscles and being more dedicated to a plant-based diet. She was exactly what I was hoping for! Prior to her coaching, I had found a plant-based coach at a different company. Although he did weekly check-ins (like Tamara), it was very impersonal, and he didn't answer any of my technical questions!
Tamara was completely the opposite. She is very knowledgeable, encouraging, kind and will help you identify/understand patterns that you might otherwise miss. Tamara works to understand your goals and where you are in life to better serve as a coach. She shares her experience when approaching different situations (like staying on track during travelling) which was helpful in getting started with this diet. Lastly, from a fitness standpoint, her coaching works. I saw an increase in muscle gains, leaned out, and hit my fitness goals. I would highly recommend Tamara to any family or friend interested in a plant-based lifestyle!

Tamara is the real deal!

I absolutely couldn’t have done what I did without Tamara’s expertise and guidance. It is well worth the time and money I have put into my experience with her. I am in the best shape of my adult life. I fit into clothes that I haven’t fit into in years. I am 45 and am fitting into clothes I wore in my twenties.
