Plant Finder is an agricultural technology platform and mobile application developed to make botanical classification, foliar pathology diagnosis, and substrate health management accessible to home gardeners, agronomists, and commercial growers worldwide. Operating through our production Android application on Google Play and our web platform at plantfinder.store, Plant Finder bridges the gap between laboratory agronomy and practical cultivation. Powered by multimodal artificial intelligence and precision foliar vision, the platform classifies over of vascular flora, cultivars, succulents, and weeds. Beyond basic taxonomy, Plant Finder features a specialized leaf pathology engine capable of detecting fungal infections, bacterial blights, powdery mildew, and destructive pest vectors early. Users receive actionable, chemical-free Integrated Pest Management (IPM) protocols and biological remedies designed to protect plants without damaging beneficial soil biology. Additionally, Plant Finder provides a dual-canopy diagnostic model that compares newly formed apical shoots with mature baseline leaves. This enables growers to detect mobile macronutrient deficiencies, immobile trace mineral lockouts, and rhizosphere soil pH imbalances directly from smartphone photos without requiring specialized testing probes. To ensure equitable access for smallholder farmers and plant hobbyists, Plant Finder replaces mandatory upfront paywalls with a flexible utility-token model. Users can perform diagnostics for free through rewarded ad views or select optional premium tiers for higher-volume scanning needs. Supported by an integrated community discussion forum and a verified agricultural marketplace, our engineering team is committed to transparent user support, continuous model accuracy, and sustainable horticultural practices.
