I ordered a 35-ml CBD bottle from plantofremedy.com on May 23rd, but I received a 10-ml bottle instead. So I paid for a 35-ml bottle but only got 10 ml. I complained to the company, which asked me to pay again to receive a 35 ml bottle, without refunding my initial payment. I refused to pay again for fear that they wouldn’t send anything and because they hadn’t refunded me. Since then, despite my repeated requests for a refund, the company has stopped responding. I am forced to file a complaint with the authorities. Plantofremedy.com did not offer me the option to leave a review, I have to do it myself. Don't buy anything at plantofremedy.com

Rude and slow response
We tried to order some cbd oil as per advised by the doctor who recommended this site/company. Ordering was not straightforward as it never seemed to load to the checkout/payment page. Eventually we had a response on the 'messages' board saying it was a bug that was now resolved.
After ordering, payment link was sent and delivery notification received, prompt and seemed like any other online transaction. After 9 days of waiting we then received a notification from UPS that our order could not be delivered.
Barcelona to UK does not seem like an impossible task and we would not have purchased from here if it was going to be held up during transit.
We then contacted the company requesting a refund. We were not contacted until 6 days later, where they said they would need to get in touch with the courier first before confirming the refund.
We then contacted to ask for an update and received an incredibly rude response back.
"what update ? we done our part and refunded you money we cant do nothing more than that ! good bye"
From the 2nd February when submitting the initial order to 20th February, just trying to confirm whether our request for a refund would go ahead, it has been terrible. The customer service was disappointing.

The product is fantastic but so difficult to order if you live in the UK. You have to do a bank transfer to pay before the order is realised. I don't have a problem with paying in advance but even with a Euro bank account it is taking me hours as first they have given me an incomplete IBAN number.
Still hoping to get my order actioned soon.
