I would never buy from this store ever its very much fraudulent. I wanted a refund but I had to ship my shoes to China which cost over half than the shoes itself then I tried to call, numbers were bogus. They're just a rip off, don't waist your time. Uuggh! Today i woke up which is 7/4/26 and I see where they tried to get another 19.99 from my acct. Definitely Scaammers!!🚩flag BBB!

I didn’t even wanna give one star I bought a pair of shoes back in March for $54 for the last three months they’ve been charging my card 39.99 at 1:30 in the morning so that I don’t notice it. They are a huge scam. Do not buy a pair of shoes here.

I received my Nike sneakers three weeks after I placed the order. A week after I received them I got notification from my bank that they were trying to put through another charge in the amount of $39.99. This is a fraudulent charge my bank notified me, and the charge was not put through.
Stay away from this company.

SCAM!!!!! I placed an order in early March. I never received the item purchased. The original order was on Tik Tok that went thru the Shop app. I didn't receive an order confirmation on Tik Tok or Shop but luckily I screen shot the info throughout the buying process. I sent them an email directly, they replied with a tracking number saying they had been backed up. I noticed that the Shop or Tik Tok was not updated or showing that I had made the purchase thru either of them. After the time came and went, I reached out again, then they said it will be here within a few days. I forgot about it, then checked the tracking number and it said delivered on said date and exact time. i looked on my camera on said date and time and i had no deliveries at all. the tracking number said it was delivered thru the post office (usps). i went to my local post office and they said they did not have a tracking number from that company and they could confirm that i did not have a delivery from them (usps) on that date and said time as well. Do NOT buy from them!!

DO NOT purchase from them! They will rob you and continue to take from your bank account!

This company will automatically enroll you in some kind of fake membership and then accuse you of enrolling yourself, and then steal $40 out of your bank every month. It's a scam.

I’m honestly pretty pissed at this point. I am never one to write negative reviews, but I have sent emails upon emails to Plantona for a pair of Hokas I ordered back in January. It is now almost April and I still have yet to receive my order in the mail. Customer service was present at first, to give me my measly $5 40% refund in shipping, promising it would be delivered by mid-March. I guess that was a load of crap. I have since sent 4 follow up emails requesting a full refund since they have not given me any updates on where my order even is, and no signs of it being delivered anytime soon - and all are I hear back are crickets. I should have seen the red flag when I saw that their customer support contact is just a Gmail, no phone number or anything. Their website claims they have 2500 positive reviews on trust pilot - and my response is - girl where??? My review looks to be the first one?? I should have known better. Obviously $65 Hokas was too good to be true, but I fell for it. I was still happy even if they were fake (aka Fokas). But it seems I’ll never know, and now I’m out $65.
