This terrarium is fantastic! Shipping was great and well packaged. Each item was individually packaged and it all came together so quickly and it is Beautiful! Excellent product and the light in the lid is the perfect touch - so glad I purchased it.

Replacement plants are beautiful
Within hours of posting my review that the plants were not in good shape upon arrival. I received a email from Plantorb offering to replace the plants. I received the new plants yesterday and they’re beautiful. What great customer service!

I received the item broken. I reached out to seller and he said he would send a replacement. I have been emailing him for a month with no response
