This was my first purchase and I am very satisfied. The products were packed properly to ensure safe shipping. I really appreciated proactive note about possible delay due to high volume of Black friday orders but all went well, it was not delayed much and I for sure will order again. Love the products :)

Have ordered 2 times. Packaging super good each time-a lot of kraft paper and plastic wrapping with air bubbles.
For my first order everything ok except one of the square pots broken. And I appreciated the goodies as well.
For my 2nd order everything arrived well packaged and protected. But I did get only 3 instead of 5+1 velcro tape🙄.
I'll be ordering again from plantscraper,that's for sure. If we dismiss the 2 problems(broken square pot,missing velcro tape), everything was perfect. Little mishaps happens so....not the end of the world🙃.

Orderd some towerpots and L size front opening mosspoles.
Plant was in a normale mosspole and had to transfer it to a new one because it was unstable. So de front opening pole was really helpful and made the transfer easier.

The website is easy to use, the - cross-border - delivery was very (surprisingly) fast, perfectly packed. I received everything as ordered. I could buy plant supplies which I could not find in my country, has a high quality and a modern, elegant look, such as the acrilic plant supports. I'd appreciate a wider choise of those, e.g. not only U-shaped, but round and other shapes in different sizes. Based on my first experience I can recommend!

The products are great. The moss poles are super easy to assemble, they're resistant and look great. I have several S sized but this time I went for the XL. All my expectations were fulfilled!
