Great value
I ordered a rescue box and was blown away by a few things. 1. There were 6 lovely little plants snuggled up in the box. 2. The quality of the plants is fantastic - I've had ropier rescues from other companys. 3. The packaging was great. I would 100% recommend and order again.

Really great experience, I’ve brought from them twice now and both times the plants have came within a few days and really well packaged. 10/10 plants that you can tell they have been well grown and looked after. Will definitely buy from them again.

Don't be nervous about ordering.....
Usually I'm so nervous when I order plants online, but after receiving my Ficus 3 stem Belize rubber tree, I am no longer worried about ordering my plants!
*They arrived the next day with DPD.
*They are packed incredibly well.
*They are bigger than expected.
*The roots were healthy and not rootbound.
*The prices cannot be beat! £44 for a 110cm 3 stem Belize Rubber tree 😍
So I definitely recommend trying Plants for all Seasons out. Don't let the AI pictures put you off. That did me at 1st if I'm honest but there are regular pictures too if you really are interested in a plant and look at the other pictures in the description.
I really wish more people would leave a picture with their reviews!
I never needed customer service, but after reading so many reviews, and comments about them. I trust spending with them!
I need a 160cm Kentia and a 160cm Bird of Paradise!

Excellent customer service and beautiful rescue plants
I recently ordered rescue boxes from Plants for all Seasons. There was an issue with my first order, as the selection and value did not quite meet my expectations, but the way the company handled it was excellent.
Oliver contacted me very quickly after my review, apologised and offered to send replacement rescue boxes as a gesture of goodwill. Their customer service team also reached out to me, which made me feel that they genuinely cared about resolving the situation and making sure I was happy.
The replacement boxes arrived very quickly, and I was honestly really impressed. I received 15 additional plants, and the selection was beautifully chosen. The plants were all different, interesting and much more unusual than basic common houseplants. There were no repetitive or very similar plants, and the whole box felt thoughtfully put together. I also received some beautiful rare Monsteras and a lovely variety of other plants.
As they are rescue plants, they are not all in perfect condition and will need some care and recovery, but that is expected with this type of box. Overall, they arrived in a good condition for rescue plants, and they all look like they have a very good chance to recover and grow well.
What impressed me the most was the customer service. I did not contact the company directly asking for compensation — they reached out themselves, took the feedback seriously and made a genuine effort to put things right. The replacement boxes completely changed my overall impression, and I really appreciate how quickly and kindly everything was handled.
Overall, I had a very positive experience in the end. It feels like this is a company that genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to fix problems when something goes wrong. Thank you for turning the situation around and sending such a beautiful selection of plants.

All was well in the end.
I was unlucky enough to receive a plant damaged in transit, the container being torn and dented and the pot inside cracked and broken. Two sheared stems of the plant itself were a further result.
That's the bad news, these things unfortunately can happen.
I decided to keep the plant which after repotting was still an excellent specimen and advised Plants for all Seasons of the situation that had arisen. They were extremely helpful and concerned offering me compensation for the problems experienced.
I would certainly buy from them again as the quality of the plant, excluding the damage, was first class.
I did however suggest they look at their packaging for large plants such as my purchase to try and ensure a similar problem didn't happen in the future.

After placing an order on Monday and stressing to them the order was a gift and I needed by Sunday they lied and told me on two separate occasions it would be shipped yesterday. This hasn’t happened. After reading reviews I wish I had ordered from elsewhere

Excellent customer service
We ordered a cactus which arrived looking a little discoloured. After informing them we decided to see if it would bounce back but unfortunately it had rotted from the root. After reaching out a month later we were dealt with very promptly and professionally and sent a replacement which arrived in excellent health. The plant itself looks fantastic. Thank you for the excellent service.

Best place to order your plants from!
I have ordered many plants from here, all of which arrive quickly, healthy and very well packaged. All plants I have ever received have continued to thrive in my care. One of my orders was stolen from my door step due to DPD not properly delivering it. Plants for all seasons were amazing, instantly offering a refund or a re shipment. I chose a reshipment and received my order in a timely manner. Overall, I have zero complaints and lots of praise for this company! I have ordered plants from similar sites to only have them arrive very damaged/unhealthy or they die very fast. I have never had this concern here. Plants for all seasons will always be the only place I order my plants from! Highly recommend.

Amazing plants, in great condition and at fair prices.
I ordered plants twice from Plants for all Seasons. I was at the RHS Malvern Show and a plant my friend wanted sold out but this company had one in stock. It was so beautiful and in such great condition that I ordered a variegated monstera for my son. I’m currently plant sitting and might never give it back. It is stunning, growing new leaves already and worth twice what I paid . This is a great plant company.
