Plantshop.co.uk appears to be a scam

Plantshop.co.uk appears to be a scam. There's another one jemshop.co.uk that maybe the same outfit. I got suckered into ordering a blight resistant plant variety not widely available in the UK and received no order confirmation. My bank tells me my payment is showing in Euros to an unrecognisable payee - the website claims the company is based on Norfolk. If the plants arrive I will remove this review but have little hope. Please don't buy from this site in the meantime.
