We are a trailer dealership in California and had a customer wanting to have us install some lights he had purchased. Unfortunately, he purchased them used and there was a damaged wiring harness. With a quick internet search, we found the manufacturer, Plash, and called for help--BOOM! Our questions were answered promptly and accurately AND they shipped the correct harness to us the same day. We ended up with a happy customer on our end and Plash has a very grateful customer on their end.

In this day in age when a company answers the phone and has a great product in stock is rare. When you get an email from the owner and he thanks you for you purchase and gives you his cell phone number in case you have any problems is unheard of!!! Great product and customer service!!!
If you are looking for the best lights in the business (yes I have tried rigid and lumitec) give plashlights a look!!! Great product and customer service is second to none!!!!!!
