All is good, not much can go wrong with paint. I chose dhl delivery but sadly they apparently give the product to chronoPost in France... so dhl does not deliver it. Of course chronoPost eventually gets it to your address but always an issue.

Great service chat support, first I could not see delivery to Denmark, so i got in contact through the chat and in no time they made it so I could order it to Denmark, and super service the whole time.. no problem at all, and got my package today.. Great service, guick delivery, Next time ill buy there again

Update:
Well, here is an update. I finally received my order a few minutes ago (Dec 9). It appears they sent it on the next day (which is good) and post.nl just lost it on Nov 25. That is why I received it only after three working weeks of waiting. Anyway, I can confirm that the customer service communication experience was terrible and very slow. The problem could be solved much faster with proper attention.

I still didn't get my order or any tracking information after two working weeks of waiting.
I've tried to contact them via contact form on the site and didn't get any answer. My wife contact them via whatsapp three days ago and received an answer that they will check and get back with the information, but they don't and ignored one more reminder. This is unacceptable and it definitely looks like a scam.
