DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. All of the negative reviews are CORRECT. Ordered a box, received a DIFFERENT box in terms of description and dimensions. Contact via facebook read, and ignored. Contact by email ignored (I received a read receipt). They hung up on the phone when I calmly explained the issue. UNPROFESSIONAL. SCAMMERS.

Wrong item sent to me. Told them 7 days ago. They told me that they'd check with warehouse. No replacement or response. Very disappointed. I was trying to avoid amazon to give an independent business. That was definitely a bad idea in this company's case.

Free delivery was a bonus.

Ordered some boxes got a DPD delivery date - they didn't arrive. Why because the sender didn't send anything. Emails. chat and phone = I'll have to check with warehousing and come back to you - nothing heard. Refund declined ... Onwards to Trading Standards and action to reclaim money.

I wish I had never made a purchase from this company!
I placed an order and 30 minutes later I tried to cancel the order by contacting them through the chat on their website. They reassured me that they will pass my request to the team and it should be alright. This never happened. They shipped the order instead and when I tried to contact them they never answered their phone! After sending several emails asking them if they can at least ask the courier to not deliver the order they told me that the only way is for me to refuse delivery. This was not true because when I contacted DPD they told me that only the sender can request for the order to be returned before being delivered. So, after having to accept the order I had to arrange for it to be returned back to them. After more than a month since I first placed the order I still haven't received a refund and I still cannot reach them by phone.
Stay away!

They delivered the wrong boxes and didn't have the correct ones in stock. I returned the items more than a month ago and am still waiting for the refund (having emailed and tried to call them many times)

Boxes arrived within a week. Packed OK. Communication from courier, DPD, was good.

Item never arrived and no reply to numerous emails or phone calls to chase up or get a refund.

A shaky start with several delays in delivery and one box was damaged in transit. However, following my email to them they responded quickly with a replacement which should now be on the way. Fingers crossed it arrives safely.

The items they sent weren't as described. No-one answers the phone. Their chat facility never has anyone there. After weeks of false promises via e-mails, by which I mean, plain lying, they finally sent a courier to collect the boxes.Since then they have ignored e-mails and I'll be taking action to get a refund. I can't understate how much time I've wasted over this - apart from spending time on e-mails, I waited for promised replacements, which meant I delayed buying what I needed from another company, which messed things up for me, as they were urgent. Definitely don't trust this company.

I’ve ordered from them but never received the items and they won’t give me my refund either. Contacted Paypal to help with my case, still awaiting outcomes. Don’t order from them, they’re not trustworthy and reliable. Once they’ve taken your money they don’t care about your order anymore. Very stressful dealing with them.

I ordered 3 boxes on 14th June which still were not delivered by the 9th July. My 3/4 phone calls to them were not answered just rang and rang, rubbish customer support. My emails were replied to (except when I asked for a refund) within two to seven days. I was finally given a tracking number for Hermes but that just showed that my order hadn’t been received by them. Their last email reply I had from “Sales” (no name) on the 6th July said that he/she would see if they could do anything to improve the situation for me. Hardly encouraging. Ridiculous hassle with no gain.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The absolute worst customer service I have ever had to deal with, this company goes under - Viss Solutions,
Ordered a plasterers bucket which arrived damaged, I had to email them as their help desk phone number never gets answered, told them of the damaged bucket and the promised a replacement that never arrived, many more emails and more broken promises from from them, after a month of waiting for a replacement I asked for a refund, they also promised they would, that refund never came finally I got PayPal involved they also got no customer service from them and PayPal refunded me, Please go elsewhere rather than buy from this lousy company. I only gave 1 star because you can’t give minus 5.

BAIT AND SWITCH! Do not buy! They will send you whatever product they feel like and then stop answering your communications when you offer multiple choices of fair resolution, especially if you are shielding or otherwise unable to return. They also will flat-out lie and say that they responded one way when you can prove by the ebay message record that they said something else. They are liars, bait-and-switchers, and terrible all around. Shouldn't be legal to operate this way.

My order placed 23 of March, I received part of it 2 weeks after which is ok. Some of the boxes had scratches or were a bit broken, thankfully they replaced them. The biggest issue was with the missing part of my order. They never informed me about it, I had to called them, emailed them hundred times, asked them for refund and didn't receive any clear answer. After 1.5 months they told me that the boxes are out of stock and if I want a different colour. After almost 2 months, I received the boxes, on a different colour of course and without any refund!
They don't know how to work!!!! Im working on a customer service and that's not the right way. Also the quality is not what you expected!
I will never buy again!!!!! Worst service ever!!!!!!!

SCAMMED - Do Not Use this website (plastic storage boxes).

Items purchased which were never received. Tried multiple times to contact their customer services to get an update on the items and then to try and get money back but we have never received a reply or a refund.

Appalling company. Ordered a bin failed to arrive. Had to chase for a response. Multiple holding emails then to discover ‘lost in transit’. Still waiting for a refund 1 month on.
Unacceptable

They apparently 'pride themselves on good customer service' - what a joke!!!

Although products and delivery were ok, I requested a VAT invoice for my purchase after not being sent one on the 13/04/21.

It's now the 19/04/21 and I'm still waiting, after being fobbed off daily with 'it will be sent later'.. Tried calling multiple times but no-one answers the phone so the only way to actually speak to someone is on the live chat, who just tells you 'it will be sent later'.

Wish I'd have read the other reviews on here first - if you're reading this, take mine & others advice and don't bother with them!!

Disgusting company. Goods never received and still no refund. Daily I email them apart from a lady called LEEANNE who I think tries to help but the rest of the company couldn’t give a toss. This has been going on since March 4th. DONT use them. Once I get my refund I wouldn’t touch them with a Bargepole. Who are this Viss Solutions who took my money and who are supposed to be part of them !!!
