Appalling company; Nov 2020 I ordered and received the wrong item quickly. I rang customer services and was resent a replacement. Two weeks later I rang again and found out the replacement wasn’t sent, A month on I’m asking for a refund - AVOID THIS COMPANY

Horrific experience - I cannot possibly believe the 5 star reviews.
I ordered back in September when the boxes hadn’t arrived by October I emailed and was fobbed off. I was polite as I assumed the pandemic had impacted delivery. I was wrong - it turns out this is just a scam. They’d taken my money and then ignored my emails for months! £60 down, no boxes, no explanation, no apology. Just theft.

Interesting to note the amount of so-called excellent reviews that follow a bad one, all on same day. Hmmm. My experience thus far: like others who have reviewed, I ordered on 30 Nov, received two separate "DPD" messages (on different days) to say being delivered following day, both passed and still goods have not arrived. These messages come not from DPD but from VISS TOOLS Ltd and the DPD tracking site does not even recognise the parcel no! They called me on 3 Dec to advise the order had been sent, had no idea why DPD were involved (even though the email came from VISS) as they send via Hermes. It is now 7 Dec and the goods finally arrived this evening. HOWEVER - guess what - they are the wrong colour! I ordered PINK...the packing slip says PINK, but they have sent WHITE. Hence I shall now request a suggested refund of the cost of the goods via Paypal and agree to pay postage only. Order at your peril folks- seems many others have had a similar experience.

I wanted to organise my kitchen and was quite unsure on which storage box to purchase. With the help of the team, they helped me select the correct storage boxes I needed. Even decided to purchase some to organise the bedroom. The whole experience was fantastic and would definitely recommend. Will be purchasing again :).

Needed a bin that was secure enough to store my dogs dry food to make it convenient for me!

Happy with everything, item came quickly, it was exactly as described and it does exactly when I needed it to do.
