Bad communication trying to organise my order and late email replies and payment, working out delivery times etc.. They gave me an order I didn’t pay for or order and just left it for me to dispose.

It takes long time to get orders made,
Cutting a piece of plastic is what you do,
You people can't do it in Melbourne,( A few blocks away from me). And its getting cut in SYD and shipped to Melbourne, What a Joke,
One of my first year Apprentice will cut it in 5 min, with a blade. I'm not coming to you again,
The people in Cheltenham RD, Keys Brough will do it in 2 hrs.

Hi Kumar, It appears you ordered on the 28th, shipped 5 working days later (not including the day of order) which is within our 3 - 5 day cutting time. The tracking number is SYFTHWW via sendle and was delivered a few days after getting it shipped. The plastic was great, packaging not so good
The plastic was great, excellent quality, exactly as ordered, the only downside was the packaging, which was bubblewrap, which is fine but is had come apart and parts of the plastic were sticking out and could have got damaged, although nothing did, but a bit better packaging would have been better.
