Lacking customer service
Not satisfied. Your customer service is incompetent.
I appreciate your humbling apology. Thank you.
Please make an effort to answer emails and not ignore them, also I had sent a WhatsApp text message and that was ignored as well, never got a reply back. At the last minute, you refunded a product that I had purchased without any explanation at all. Ordered on the 8th of August and received my order on the 14th of August. I live in Belgium.
I do not know if I will be ordering from your company again. I wish you all the best.

Only point I have is that maybe some of the bamboo handles could use a bit of sanding/sealing afterwards because I think they might develop splinters soon.

My go-to store for plastic-free items
For several years now, I've been purchasing my favorite items from The Plastic Free Co. Their selection is great, there's always new products to discover, and everything arrives quickly. Sometimes I've even noticed personal touches added to my order, which is such a nice little bonus!

Quick and well done
The selection of items have shrunk compared to when I stocked up last year, and a few items I wanted were sold out. Still, I bought most of the things I wanted, either the actual thing or trying a new replacement, and as usual it got delivered so quickly and all packed very efficiently in a tiny box, no waste! I wish the anti-dandruff shampoo bar came back, but otherwise it's great.

We hebben je mailtje pas twee uur geleden ontvangen en nog geen tijd gehad om te reageren.
Maar zoals aangegeven in de reactie mail. Je hebt een incompleet adres ingevuld waardoor je bestelling nog steeds niet bezorgd is. DHL retourneert automatisch bestellingen met foutieve of incomplete addressen.
Dit soort dingen gebeuren soms, daarom benadrukken altijd in onze bevestingsmail of je je adres kan dubbel checken aangezien deze fout ons en de klant extra kosten kan opleveren. DHL rekenent voor ons retourkosten, dit is iets wat wij graag willen vermijden.
Wij wachten op de retour van je pakket. Zodra we het binnen hebben kunnen we pakket weer opnieuw verzenden.
We vinden het ook vervelend dat je je pakket niet hebt ontvangen maar ik hoop dat je begrijpt deze fout niet vanuit onze kant is en dat we dan nog steeds ons doen om je te helpen en het op te lossen.

We're very sorry to hear that you aren't satisfied with our service!
As we explained in the email, your order was marked delivered, and you waited more than 30 days to notify us that you didn't receive your order. In our shipping information & policy, we need to be notified within 14 business days after delivery to make sure we can help you. Unfortunately, the DHL investigation was inconclusive and you didn't choose a delivery with insurance, so we couldn't help you any further. This is all explained in our shipping information & policy. I did ask DHL to further investigate this issue so that we can be sure that everything is checked by them.
