Plastic Pallets UK, part of Associated Pallets Ltd is a family run business and was formed by two brothers in 1991 The company began in a small industrial park in Basingstoke, manufacturing & refurbishing wooden pallets. Within two years the company had out grown its premises and moved to a new site in Southampton, where we currently operate. Associated Pallets quickly evolved, producing a more diverse product range including plastic pallets, plastic containers, and pallet collars. The sales department is made up of Darren, Chris, Jack, Steve and Hannah who are all family members and are only too pleased to help. Delivery charge was extortionately high for a distance of 10 miles from the company's address and wasn't informed of the amount until the order was placed.

Don't stack so high…
The ordering of the items was clear and straight forward and being kept informed was really good. The delivery day, a large van arrived which was difficult to manoeuvre on and off our car park.
The only complaint I can make, and its not really a complaint, more of a suggestion is not to stack these things so high. They would have been best side by side rather than 15 of them being all on top of each other. The driver struggled to get them of his truck and then we had to get a large ladder to start taking the items off one by one which was not ideal with such a large and heavy item.
