Plastic Pallets UK, part of Associated Pallets Ltd is a family run business and was formed by two brothers in 1991 The company began in a small industrial park in Basingstoke, manufacturing & refurbishing wooden pallets. Within two years the company had out grown its premises and moved to a new site in Southampton, where we currently operate. Associated Pallets quickly evolved, producing a more diverse product range including plastic pallets, plastic containers, and pallet collars. The sales department is made up of Darren, Chris, Jack, Steve and Hannah who are all family members and are only too pleased to help. Sent the incorrect ones to start but this was soon rectified by Steve. Even though there was a mishap in picking it is how the problem was solved. Excellent service

P&P costs expensive and not clear
Was going to place the order, searched the website for delivery costs.. Even downloaded to brochure to see if it mentioned P&P.
Went through the checkout process and just before adding my credit card details I noticed stripe were trying to charge me £61 extra for postage.
Cancelled order and went to screwfix

Delivery is free if the order value is over £250.00. If the the order is under this value the cost is £49.00 + VAT and this is stated clearly in our frequently asked questions on our website.
Our website was undergoing some minor updates which caused the shipping not be displayed in the basket and was only displayed in the payment area, However this has now been rectified.
