PlasticPlace is the place to go for trash bags.

I really like the quality of your trash bags and that the draw strings don't tear out when you cinch them up. Very economically priced for the quality of bags you get. I've recommended your company to several friends. You're my go to place whenever I need plastic bags.

I am 89 years old, and I find it refreshing that companies like yours still exist.

Customer Service is excellent

Customer Service is excellent! They will send you samples to try the bag. I have ordered from them in the past and now have new cans so they are great! Very reactive and expertise is excellent.

Had to make a return

Had to make a return. Michelle answered promptly and I will start the process. I believe my mistake could have happened while ordering on line. The sizes I selected were not the item needed. We are using the larger size, returning the unopened box but will order the correct size next time. My guess user error -me.

The bags are the best I’ve ever had

The bags are the best I’ve ever had. They are so strong and fit my trash can perfectly. No tugging to get it to fit.
Also customer service was excellent. I did not recall the exact bag I ordered. Michelle was able to pull that up for me quickly.
Can’t say enough good things about this company. Thanks

Lack of notification on out of stock and backorder of item after it arrived.

Information supplied was what I was looking for, however when I wanted to order this item about 6-8 weeks ago you indicated you were out of stock and that you would keep my request on file and notify me when you received a new shipment -- apparently this was overlooked and I did not receive any information that that the Blue Code K was back in stock.
