Amazing range, amazing service…
A VERY big thank you to the Plate and Bowl team for my items. The team had locked up ready for a well earned break but amazingly agreed to go back to the office just so I could get my order in time for Saturday. We should all support family businesses who go above and beyond to serve their customers. Bought an expensive teapot from this…
Bought an expensive teapot from this shop. It malfunctioned after 2 days (top came unstuck, making it unusable). I contacted the company and was told a replacement will be sent. I went to the trouble of sending the faulty teapot back. I received the same teapot with glue marks, despite making it explicit (and getting an agreement from the shop) that I wanted a new item. Massively disappointed as it was a £95 item and it a) should not break so quickly and b) if it breaks should be replaced not mended shoddily and sent back to the customer under the pretence of replacement.
