Tec support is basically worthless. Instead of walking me through they tried to walk me through resulting in negative results. I connected to Network but not wi-fi. All they can say there is a problem with my Modem which I finally fixed the problem myself after updating the modem software everything turned on! Instead of walking me through to fully remedy the problem they just told me to call back but they never answered and the customer service desk took my number which they didnt call back, sure they werent available ?? If i wasnt moving I would cancell service and go with a cheaper and just as fast provider with better technical service!!

These guys are local to the Clovis, NM area, so I'm not surprised that they don't have any reviews yet - but hey, they're not bad. Not bad at all.
Installation was easy and quick, and customer service was always very polite and helpful. Internet speeds are as advertised, and considering they do have fiber optic internet instead of the phone cable internet everybody else offers in this area, it's amazing that their pricing is so competitive.
Getting a fiber optic port installed in a different room was surprisingly quick, cheap, and easy - the only complaint I have is that the techs who came out did a great job of hiding the cable. They ran it around the house under the roof, but to get the new cable connected to the inside of the house, they kind of just drilled a big hole into the siding in a very visible spot instead of putting it on a less visible area closer to an edge or corner of the siding. The craftmanship there leaves a bit to be desired, especially considering that there's now an exposed, easy-to-damage, thin cord running down my exterior wall and there's a fairly big hole in the house itself, but it's whatever I guess.
All in all, not bad at all. The customer service, pricing, and internet speed and reliability are worlds better than any of the competition.
