I can’t believe how easy Matt made my journey to replacing my boiler, one phone call and I was able to rest easy. Matt came and did a survey explained in layman’s language what was suitable for me! received my quote within hours, having accepted it Matt came and prepared the whole area he would be working, I had no mess, he removed all old fitting and left my home spotless. He repositioned the boiler leaving me a whole cupboard to have made into a pantry. I have 100% confidence in this company and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Matt your a STAR ⭐️

Matt was absolutely first class. He arrived just when he said he was, cheerful and happy. He soon established his worksite and got on with the job most effectively and clean, clearing the worksite as he went on and fully at the end. He was easy to get on with but combined this with a great work ethic, meant an easy installation from the customer viewpoint. He tutored us on the new boiler before he left and as promised sent our guarantee and safety document as well as iour invoice within a week

Matt came in to sort out my boiler after my old one broke down, did a full check of how to install the boiler and advised on how to relocate it due to old flues and new flue requirements and other regulations which had changed since the initial boiler installation.

Work was done to install the boiler and was looking good, unfortunately the fitting for the drain pipe leaked and a few days later caused some (thankfully containable) water damage in the false ceiling, much to my dismay. A few days later Matt was able to come out and repair it and made sure it was unlikely to repeat by refitting the joint in question.

A separate frustration was my claim for previous boiler I had rejected by D&G initially due to invoice not stating the gas safety number, and despite being assured he could sort it out for me I was unable to obtain an updated invoice and my follow-ups asking for an update went unanswered mostly, the one time I did get to talk I was assured it would be sorted but heard nothing since. (I'm writing this ~5 days later that call and thankfully D&G have understood my issue and progressed my claim at least)

Wish I could give the 5* but the events post-installation make it harder to do so.

Myself and my partner are new home owners and are expecting our first baby in April. This is a very stressful time for the both of us and to top it off, our boiler crashed on us, leaving us no heating or hot water.

Being 8 months pregnant, we really needed to get this sorted as quickly as possible and that’s exactly what happened from the first point of contact with Matt. He made it a priority to get our boiler fixed, arranged a time that best suited us, talked us through the whole process and was completely transparent about costs and what needed to be done. The pricing was extremely reasonable and I cannot fault the customer service one bit. I would definitely use Matt again in the future and recommend to all!

Matt has been a real life saver! I found his company through the Worcester Bosch website as being an accredited firm.

I began looking for new boiler suddenly when my old one packed up and we were left with no heat for 24 hours.

I contacted Matt via an email enquiry then messaged via Whats App. Matt was very accommodating and prompt in his reply and despite it being the weekend and his day off - he offered to install the boiler the following day.

He was upfront with prices and even explored repairing my old boiler (which would be far less cheaper than buying a new boiler).

There was no nonsense or hidden issues. He delivered what he had promised - arrived prompt on the day in question.

His standard of work is professional and clean. He wore covers on his shoes so not to walk in the house with his shoes and covered the work area with mats to stop dirt and debris. When finished, he tidied up and left the room clean and tidy.

I appreciated the fact that despite it being his day off he came to resolve my issue. I have two toddlers so having heat in the house is very important.

It’s very hard to find reliable tradesman but I think I have landed very lucky with Matt. Brilliant guy and company and his website is very informative.

I already have and will recommend Matt to anyone in need of a heating engineer.

I approached several different companies about replacing an ancient conventional system with a modern combi boiler. Matt was by far the fastest and most reasonably priced of all the quotes.

The process was quick and painless thanks to his efforts. He kept any mess to an absolute minimum (effectively none).

Recently had a new boiler fitted. Great service, honest and reliable. I would highly recommend Matt and his team. Fitted new central heating for my Dad last year and they were as fantastic then too. If your looking for straight up, no nonsense boiler installations these are the guys.

The process of getting a new boiler can be traumatic but Worcester Bosch website makes choosing the right one easy and then books a firm to install it. We had our boiler replaced earlier this year, around June.

Matt went above and beyond in all aspects of the installation.
From quote right through to install and after-care.

We had our boiler replaced along with switching to a closed system, and a new (Nest) Thermostat installed.
There also seemed to be some issues with our existing electrics regarding the panel all the boiler wires go to - this was also fixed.

Been working like a dream since.

Absolutely wonderful service. Came out on the same day of the phone call to assess the situation, and sent a proper written quotation via email on the same day. Competitive quote with a full breakdown. Agreed to do the work on a weekend; arrived on time.

Left the place spotless and only left after ensuring everything was satisfactory.

A few weeks later had a potential issue and came out to assess it and advice appropriately.

New Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by Matt. I was sent prices for 5 different boilers and keep informed at all stages from quote to fitting. Excellent communication, prompt replies and able to fit new boiler very quickly as I was without hot water when my old boiler broke down. Very tidy worker. Matt initially came to discuss the work we required and he clearly seemed knowledgeable and professional, therefore giving us the confidence to use his services. He gave us options whether we should repair our existing boiler or replace it with a new one. Our radiators were also not performing as they should and we were happy to go along with Matt's suggestion of having them magnacleansed. We decided to go ahead with a new Worcester Bosch boiler and Matt was able to fit this just 4 days later, as well as addressing the radiator problem too. Overall Matt was punctual, considerate and very clean, and all rubbish was removed.
