Hour and a half to get Meet&Greet car return

It took an hour and a half after calling (as per instructions when I had my luggage) for them to deliver my car to me at T5 last night. I had been told 20-25 minutes wait time on that call. All calls after first contact diverted to voice mailbox that was full so no ability to contact. Eventually received a text message after 45 minutes apologising but with no estimate how long. Subsequent message 15 minutes later gave some hope but eventually a full hour and a half to get my car (exactly 90 minutes from first call). It was the worst service I have ever had from a Meet&Greet company - I may as well have used a long term car park miles from the airport and paid far less. An unpleasant arrival back to the UK. AVOID at all costs - may as well use long term car parks instead

Used the company for a trip at…

Used the company for a trip at beginning of December 2026 and although the drop off and collection were fine they had disconnected my dash cam and I knew I had to pay them for the use of the express drop off in cash 8.30. On getting home I discovered that the actuall cost of the express drop off is 6.30. I will not use them again.

Platinum parking issued a ticket less…

Platinum parking issued a ticket less that 1 hour after i parked in a spot that had 90 minutes free parking. The they also seem to think that it is ok to infringe upon CRF rights because it is private property. Will deal with that!!! They didn't get the make or model correct either. Only the LIC plate. The ticket issuer should be fired!

Really poor service from start to…

Really poor service from start to finish

I took a photo of milage and full just as I parked it up with them and took another when I got back in the car. Not sure where they took the car but used 136 miles!!

All changed in my car radio, lights settings and when the driver brought it back to us was driving fast around the airport!!

Any speeding tickets will be forwarded on to this company’

Will not use or recommend!!

AVOID

AVOID - Absolutely horrendous service. I wish I had been aware that the reviews on Trustpilot as they are extremely different than the reviews on the comparison site. While standing in the pouring rain for almost an hour after we were told our car would be returned in 20 to 25 minutes. We had to phone 3 times and each time was told he's 3 minutes away which he clearly was not. Thankfully when the driver finally arrived we immediately checked it over as we now doubted their service. Externally thankfully the car was fine, however, internally the car absolutely stank. We've used many of the Bristol Parking Companies and never had any problems but this one we shall never use again. Our advice to others is to not touch these guys with a barge pole!

Avoid at all costs

I wish I had read these reviews before booking.
The first clue of how awful this company was should have been all the spelling and grammar errors on the booking confirmation.
We arrived at Bristol airport and handed our car over. The collection driver was unwelcoming and confused also. We asked to see a document to prove he was actually with this company.
On collection of our vehicle, we called the very second we landed. Was told to head out to the short stay car park and our car would be with us shortly.
We began to worry when we say the number of angry families in short stay waiting for their cars to be returned by this company. Some had been waiting for over 2 hours.
We waited for 30 minutes then began to call up to chase. The phone either rang out unanswered or we kept being told our vehicle was on its way and would just be another 15 minutes.
We asked for a pin point location to be sent of our car which they would not/could not do.
We also kept being told we had 2 cars to collect and 2 cars would be returned to us. Which is very worrying as we had 1 not 2 which we kept telling them!
We over heard phone conversations with other families who were all being told different things.
After 1hr 45 minutes of waiting with a young family between 2.30am and 4am in the cold I called up again and was told to go back inside and wait in the terminal and it would be another 30 minutes maybe, they could not guarantee how long or tell me exactly where my car was.
In this time we saw one car be delivered to a family, with excess mileage being done and the car being driven very badly.
The driver asked to see insurance for the driver to be driving his car which he could not provide.
I took our children not back into the terminal but into a nearby hotel. The manager Jill was amazing and let us sit in the sofa as she could see one of the children was upset at this point. She also confirmed she sees this regularly with this company.
We were all told by that driver to just email in and get a full refund which isn’t the point.
After 2 hours and many phone calls they sent a driver in a van to go and pick up 1 driver for every family and take them all back to their cars.
No one was happy with this at all but everyone was past the point of waiting and this was our only solution to get our car and to get us home.
The van driver arrived and took one person from every family but also took one child, illegally without a car seat.
They were all back within 20 minutes with the cars.
Turns out cars are dumped 5 minutes away in a very muddy farmers field. All the cars were absolutely filthy.
Our car had been used as over half a tank of petrol had been used and the inside of the car had a strange smell to it.
The other thing is it doesn’t tell you anywhere that you also have to pay £7 extra charge to drop your car off and an extra £7 to collect your car which is the short stay 0-30 minutes price. (Where you drop your car off and where my husband had to bring the car back to)
We eventually left Bristol airport at 5am with 3 very tired and upset children.
Avoid at all costs.

Just awful. Do not use!

Just awful! I rang as soon as I got off the plane and my car took an hour to get to me! Plus your drivers had driven my car so hard, that they'd used over 70 miles of range, which meant we had to stop twice on the way home instead of the planned once! Terrible service will not be using again! Landed at 2.30am and got home (which is a two and a half hour journey) at 6.15!

Fraudulent company

Hidden charges not stated before you make the purchase. My issue was raised with bank with a suspicion of a fraud, the company breaks the law using people's cars and damage them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Car came back with adverts under wipers telling me that it had probably been parked in our of town shopping centre, been driven badly as stuff in boot was all over the place on return, £7 extra to pay in and out of car park, arrogant, rude drivers and phone staff, car role down after 20 minutes when I was driving home even though regularly serviced and well maintained. Pay the extra and relax on holiday. Avoid AT ALL COSTS

Avoid

Avoid, avoid, avoid. The worst place I've ever seen. No confirmation of returning the car. The service is rude, arrogant, only reaching out for money. They didn't pick us up from the airport because they were busy. We had to take a taxi. The office was closed, the staff were sitting in our car, two people. Why? I don't know. But I know one thing, they were definitely looking for something in the car because the things weren't in their place. Pay a few more £ and look for a normal car park. Price comparison because it tells you about an additional fee of £12 for delivery and collection from the airport, which you won't get. Avoid, avoid, avoid this place where you will waste your time and money.

If I could give negative stars I would.

50 mins waiting for the car for it finally to arrive with food wrappers and cans left in the car by the drivers as well as cigarette butt!

Third of a tank of fuel used and then when called to see what the hell had been going on was met with abuse from some idiot on the phone who had nothing helpful or constructive to say.

I'm sure I'm unlikely to get a refund, wouldn't bother with this company absolute wasters.

AVOID - USED BOTH OUR CARS AND PETROL WITHOUT CONSENT, one an extra 60 miles the other 40 miles = Theft

**PLEASE AVOID, PLEASE AVOID**
BRISTOL PARKING. YOU WONT BE AWARE BUT THEY ARE BASED ON NEAR DERELICT LAND AT QUEENSMEAD FARM. They use many company names like Platinum Parking / Bristol Airport Parking Solutions. We used platinum parking, we had a party of people with 3 cars, 2 of the cars were used without our consent, one was returned with an extra 60 miles, the other 40 miles, the one car had a puncture, and had been used and driven with a puncture (independent report), then parked up in the most disgusting area (photos available - Please contact me) these people are scum, we were eventually collected 2 hours after airport arrival, to collect our used and punctured car, we were driven at speeds of up to 82mph through country lanes in a VW Golf KN10 XMA (picture available), we ended up at a disgusting messy yard attached to a farm, the useless employees disappeared when I asked for the boss, I can go on and on, PLEASE AVOID. I have umpteen photos, I will be publishing everything, they have chosen to ignore my complaint. The state of how cars are left is unbelievable, please take my word. If you’d like any photos please contact me, they are all available, if any customers wish to have any photos, I may have pictures of their car, and the state they have been left. I will be posting on FB groups throughout the coming days. The company are based at Queensmead Farm. They are also working at other UK locations, including Manchester.

Very poor service

Drop off was OK, but it was not made clear that I had to pay the £7 car park exit fee, both on drop off and collection, which bumped up the real charge by 30%. On arrival at Bristol, I had to wait 1 hour from when I rang them to when I got my car. This is not a platinum experience. When I spoke to the guys at the pick up point, they were not really very kind or helpful. Definitely wouldn't use them again. Plenty more options.

That must be the worst car park service…

That must be the worst car park service I have ever used. Not only you need to pay £14 on main Bristol airport car park extra on top of your quote, you not getting any sort of confirmation for your car (state, mileage etc). On the return I have tried to contact them 9 times before someone picked up and by that time I was already on the parking and had to wait an hour to get the car back. 4 people including 2 kids standing in the cold. Absolutely disgusting. DON'T USE THEM FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
