Dealing with Platinum was a pleasure from start to finish.
When I had business trip to the US planned and needed Airport drop off and collection I decided that dragging a member of the family out to do it was a little unfair.
Platinum were not only on time in both directions but there was also just the right amount of friendly conversation and banter during the trips to make them fly by. The price was very reasonable too!

We had an excellent experience with Platinum Chauffeured Services. At first, we were very concerned that we have not seen any reviews on TripAdvisor. We took a risk and it paid off! Keith was great and responsive to all emails and inquiries. Since we booked two trips, we were given the option to pay the driver in cash after each trip. Their rates are highly competitive. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Booked for Heathrow T4 from Eastleigh on 6th September and returning on 29th. Absolutely no problems! A very comfortable transfer both ways. Hamish was waiting for us and texted us at the airport when we arrived to advise where he would meet us.
Excellent vehicle and stress-free operation. This will be our first choice next time.

Used Platinum for the first time today because usual company were unable to fulfil the booking.
Pleasantly surprised by Platinum Service would be an understatement. Superb car, extremely clean, free WIFI and amazing value for money.
Talking to the driver, understand Platinum do everything from short runs to airport / cruises and Saturday night out. I will definitely use again and would definitely recommend Platinum to others.
