We paid lLee Fenn £ 21950 for a garden, Sun Pod Room and the landscape patio.. June 2022
The garden it’s not finished the patio it’s not finished and the Sun pod room it’s just botched up

no external doors between the main dwelling .and the attached structure
Floor level is higher than the main dwelling floor.
The UPVC frame supplied and installed on are to big for the Base they are or Sat on
. There is no drainage available for the UPVC frame due to lack of an external Cill
. The raised beds to the outside abut up to the Base have not allowed the Cill to be installed.
There is a UPVC clad stud wall that has been constructed. This appears to offer little as to water ingress and possible condensation as there is no visible vapour barrier.
The roof has no fall and the perimeter constructions offer. No water run off which has allowed the surface water to enter the structure. The flashing to the structure and the main dwelling is also complete. And it leaks constantly. He will not give you your money back for someone else to finish it so we have got it finished and had to pay more money. Absolute con man Avoid AVOID

In my opinion and experience all i can say is Avoid, do some research on platinum garden design ltd / consultancy ltd. (Eg Do checks on companies houses, look at all reviews in local areas). If you decide to go ahead, i would again in my opinion and experience don’t pay anything until the job is complete (even if it’s for materials).

Again with my own opinion and experience the customer service was shocking, i have had better communication from automated response service with banks or big company’s, honestly find someone else 👍

Lee Fenn came and designed a garden. I then paid £3000 deposit for the project and when he started in October 2021 I paid him £13,250 as a project commencement fee, which I believed was for materials. After constructing a poor quality fence and levelling the garden, he then left and has not returned to compete the work. It is extremely difficult to contact him and I have subsequently learnt that he has liquidated his previous company (Platinum Garden Design Ltd) without settling debts and immediately started a new business of Platinum Garden Design Consultancy Ltd. I also have been in contact with a number of other people who have also paid for work that he has not completed. AVOID DEALING WITH THIS MAN
