which was delivered very quickly. Good communications throughout and complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

This company is 100% amazing and I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of mobility aids.
I purchased a tga 4 scooter for my mum and had the pleasure of dealing with Ben and Emma.
These people have no issue with going the extra mile to keep their customers happy. I also purchased insurance for the scooter and so glad I did.
From the 1st contact all the way through to delivery I was constantly keep updated with progress and everything I was told was spot on.
The scooter was delivered on the 9th of March 2026 and my mum was the happiest I have seen her in a while.
Hats off to PLATINUM MOBILITY for that.
Now fast forward 4 weeks to the 9th of April 2026, a vehicle crashed through the security door to the communal stairway where my mum lives, totally destroyed the entry system continued on through the stairwell destroying my mums new scooter and taking out a set of concrete stairs trapping the residents who lived upstairs, a totally chaotic scene.
When I contacted Ben and Emma at platinum mobility to explaine what had happened they were totally shocked, scooter aside all Ben and Emma were worried about was the well being of my mum ( this made me feel good) I must say my mum was shocked and stressed but unhurt.
I was assured that they would do their best to sort out the insurance and get my mum another scooter as a priority, in the meantime my mum was hounsebound so I was happy to know that I had 2 very very good people fighting her cause.
Well Ben and Emma exceeded even my expectations as 6 days later they delivered another lovely scooter to my mum allowing her to once again get out and be free.
I would recommend insurance to anyone using a scooter as without this my mum would probably still be stuck inside and miserable.
I cannot thank platinum mobility enough for all their hard work, and to anyone requiring mobility aids I would say this.
PLATINUM MOBILITY IS NUMBER 1.
I Will never go anywhere else for mobility aids.

I had to return my wheelchair through no fault of the chair it was immaculate. Platinum Mobility arranged everything from delivery to me which took a lot of arranging on their part because of where I live but they did it and an excellent engineer delivery and set up. The same great service for the return. This is an exceptional firm. Highly Recommended.

The platinum showroom staff where amazing at helping me find the most suitable scooter. However the issues I had was with delivery and communication. The delivery kept being delayed and I had to keep chasing them to see what was going on.

I needed a specific wheelchair for my husband and due to his sudden decline in his dementia found myself needing guidance in what was best for us, I received a professional support from all concerned and look forward to delivery this week.

I was in a dark place as nhs said after 30 years of having nhs power chairs off them because of cerebral palsy and not able to walk properly the new company that work for nhs made the decision that I don’t need a wheelchair and didn’t want to listen I’m a 38 years of age I found platinum on eBay I’m having to pay for a wheelchair now with help from family and friends. But These people listened to what I wanted and helped me get the right wheelchair even let me try a few before the decision of which chair I chose thank you so much so grateful for all your help 🥰
