SCAM - €31k winnings confiscated

I deposited quite a lot here - around €36k.
When i finally got most of my losses back, they asked for 'Proof of funding my deposits' which I sent them.

I had won on a few other casinos before, which was the proof of funding, so I sent them this.

Apparently, this isn't good enough, and I had to send proof of my crypto deposits on bank letterhead paper (eh?, it was crypto, not a bank) and proof of funding my crypto from a bank statement (even though I sent proof of crypto coming from casinos)

This was enough reason for them to steal my €31k apparently.

Now taking legal action against their company Baytree, and looking into their parent company Super Group.

I used to play here all of the time and loved it. But i banned myself for a few months and other casinos were ok with me playing again. This casino did everything in their power to say no. Finally after a year they agree to let me play again. Then before I can play I have these rude chat people that say I have to pass an impossible test about my bank card a year before that. I changed banks so basically I can't gamble here. Im disgusted with this casino. I think that had sour grapes because I won. Who knows. Go elsewhere trust me.
