Deniz is brilliant! He has so much patience and nothing
is too much trouble. Very happy to recommend. All my family use him and are very pleased with service.

Deniz was fantastic throughout our mortgage process. As first-time buyers, we were nervous and had lots of questions, but he was incredibly friendly and made us feel at ease from the start. No question ever felt too silly, and he took the time to explain everything clearly.

He was also very proactive - constantly checking the market for better deals and making sure we were getting the best possible option. In the end, he secured us a mortgage we didn’t even realise we could get. We’d highly recommend Deniz to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive mortgage advisor. We couldn't have done it without him!

Deniz was knowledgeable, helpful and responsive through getting a first time buyer mortgage and then again when re mortgaging 2 years later. He gives space to make your own decisions whilst sharing some of his appropriate advice to ensure you are fully informed. It was really useful that he was able to view all the lenders rates etc and I was reassured that I got the best deal possible. I recommend him to any friends and family who mention buying a house!

I was supporting my daughter through her first flat purchase - But I didn’t need to as Deniz offered excellent advice and guidance throughout what can be a daunting process for a first time buyer. He relentlessly researched the mortgage market for the best deal and went over and above what we were expecting - offering encouragement, empathy, a sounding board and a shoulder to cry on. He offered a five star service.

I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage broker. From start to finish, Deniz was an incredible source of support throughout what turned out to be a very bumpy and at times disheartening flat-buying journey.

What stood out most was how invested he seemed in helping me find the right mortgage, always showing up with care, dedication, and reassurance. He took the time to really understand my circumstances and was consistently thoughtful and thorough in his approach. I can't recommend Plato Financial Services enough. This is my second time instructing them to handle my financial affairs and both times the efficiency, attention to detail, and customer service has been outstanding. On this occasion, I asked Plato for support with getting a new mortgage, with my current fixed term deal due to expire within three weeks. The end of this deal without having another one secured would have seen me move onto a variable rate which was more than double my current fixed term monthly payment and completely unaffordable. Less than 10 days later, Plato had secured a new fixed term deal with the best market rates, saving me a great deal of additional stress and expense. A process which normally takes 4+ weeks, at least. The managing director Deniz, is friendly and personable and takes time to make sure that everything clear, so that you are sure that you are making an informed decision at every stage. Plato's commitment to transparency and integrity comes through clearly. The whole experience was seamless and painfree. I'll be using Plato for all my future financial needs.
