missing description and might be misleading
on the website a good description on what it means to receive an account is missing. So people need to informed better that they will receive an account with new user and passowrd. Based on that user you need to login with the new account at your own ps4 and with that account you can download the game. During download you switch back to your own account and you can play the game, because it is installed on your ps4. Things that are not clear for me , is do you need to keep the account live as long as you want to play, or do you only need to have that account for downloading and you can remove the account after download. Because if i buy 6 games, i have 6 new acounts on my ps4 and will never play with the,. So pls make a clear description on how this works

I paid for the Call of Duty : WWII GOLD EDITION XBOX ONE GLOBAL and instead of the key I got an account and a password from where to download the game, of course it did not work. Can not be able to add account to my XBOX. Double checking is needed but they did not send me the code.

Ordered a Global key for Red Dead Redemption 2 for Xbox...
They Claim it's a global key...
But really it isn't ! You need to install a VPN extension to your browser, to show the key, and then you need to use that VPN service to be able to activate it...
And funny enough, My key was already used!
They won't refund me or anything... It's sadly a SCAM!

Scam! Bought account with fifa, they never gave me 2step verification codes, talked to them via g2a support and they said it is my fault that the 2step verification code is on, eventhough the guidelines they gave me when i bought the game consisted the fact that they already have it on LOL, prettymuch fake sellers who scam the money and dissapear, support just ignored me and then canceled my request and marked it as solved after not answering me for 7days, full scam, DO NOT FALL FOR THEM!!! Also i have bad feeling that g2a might be helping them.

just a bad review
Bought a game, waited for around 20 hours for the key(which was a steam account) with some fake email that i dont have access to, and a steam guard on. Created a ticket, waited for 24 hours and it was marked as solved without any comment and the problem wasn't solved. Created another ticket ,still no answer.

I payed for red dead redemption 2 and recieved a code that didn’t work “code invalid. Contact seller” so I created a ticket 4days ago that hasn’t been reviewed. So I ended up with no money or game. Do not use this website as you might get cheated like I did, if this gets resolved I might change my rating but it’s highly unlikely that it will
