Allowing registered gambling addicts from other countries to continue gambling
I'm registered on the OASIS-Spielsperre register in Germany. It's a national register for banned/blocked players with addiction or simply to self exclude from online casinos.
Betibet still provided me with a platform to gamble on and they by passed the regulations set out by the OASIS-Spielsperre. I recently learned that Betibet doesn't have a valid license to accept players from Germany however they will continue to accept players from Germany illegally and in doing so they are accepting the most vulnerable of players ( addicts ). I believe this a huge security concern and pathes a greater way for an addict to further destroy his/her life. Casinos like Betibet don't have your safety at interest. By German law they have committed a crime under paragraph 284 Stgb. Furthermore any sales made between buyer and seller are made void. Meaning I should get a refund of all deposits minus withdrawals. They may or may not have a Curaçao Gaming license however this is not valid in Germany. As you do not wish to comply with the OASIS-Spielsperre self exclusion register you are effectively showing a huge lack in player protection and adding fuel to the fire. Not to mention you are manipulating players to leave a positive review in return for 20 free spins which will get them nothing anyway in the hope they don't go back and remove their 5 star review. An illegal casino that manipulates and blackmails their customers. I have proof via emails if anyone wants to see them.
