No 120fps or HDR on OLED48C44LA.

The service I paid for (GeForce Now Ultimate) has not been provided as advertised. My LG OLED48C44LA TV is officially listed by NVIDIA as supporting 120fps and HDR on the GeForce Now app, yet these features are not available. My TV firmware, WebOS version, and the GeForce Now app are all fully up to date. NVIDIA support confirmed my device is on the supported list but could not resolve the issue. As a result, the service is not being delivered in the form described at the point of sale.

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital services must be supplied with reasonable care and skill and must match their advertised description. In this case, the advertised features (120fps and HDR) are not accessible, meaning the service is not as described and not fit for purpose. I requested a refund directly from NVIDIA and was told they do not offer refunds, despite the service being non-functional on a supported device. I am therefore requested a refund through PayPal on the basis that the service has not been provided as advertised and does not meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Scam-avoid

I bought the ultimate plan and get 20-30 FPS with huge drops. I think they lie they use a cloud computer they just use their platform the launch games but your computer actually loads the game. I have great wi fi no problem but it says low connection. Cap

Its getting worse from year to year...
Complains are not not getting heard, fixes never happen. Upgrades and Updates are like playing the lottery. Paying Customer have to wait for hours, while swarms of fortnite kiddies hog every free rig to play a free game... Now install-to-play is the next scam to downgrade their offer while have people pay even more.

The service has been down all day

The service has been down all day, promises for a 5080 where they dont tell you your country is excluded, being down on release of bf6. and for ultimate tier i only get 100 hours per month of gametime in 2026. this means i will be ending my subscription.

It's only really suitable for 1 player…

It's only really suitable for 1 player games.. everything else is long wait times and unreliable network.
Multiple times now I have been "the next player" in the queue but I'm on that screen for 30mins or so?
Nvidia are obviously not making enough money hence why they can't afford a decent service.

GFN support issues.

Funny thing i ve been using GFN for 6months or so,and my subscription date matched my banks IT maintence time,so i couldnt be charged at that time,so my GFN account went into 'grace perdiod' ,so my monthly 100h limit didnt refreshed, cuz of renewal issues,i contacted support 2 times they offered me to wait few days, its already 2 weeks ,whats funny about, they let me buy extra hours from same card the next day after ,but cannot fix they renewal issue, on my 100h membership. Why this company even has support if they cant solve anything at all? So u gladly charge people for extra hours, but u cannot accept renewals for 2 weeks? or atleast look into ? Had enough of GFN 100h limits aswell, time to grab PC ,and stop support greeedy companies without any response towards customers. My advice there's few alternatives aswell, but dont start with it, they got greedy lately ,quality of streams stutter sometimes aswell, they could say its your network or any other issue, meanwhile everything else works just fine, testing speed and etc works 100% , u dont get what u paid for even they re telling u different. Dont be fooled.

They're an absolute rip off

They're an absolute rip off. Their plans cost way too much and they only give you a certain amount of hours to use for a month which always runs out. I've had to spend at least an additional $60 on my plan for extra playtime hours just to play Fortnite when everyone else gets to play Fortnite for free. (I'm playing on MacOS). Their customer service doesn't care when you write to them about these concerns and just completely dismisses you. All I can say is that they're 100% stealing people's money and they need to improve on that immediately. If I'm spending money on a subscription, I should not have a limit on the amount of hours I get to play for.

Geforce now was and still cuold be best…

Geforce now was and still cuold be best thing to happen to gammers all this decade, I have been frequent account holder on gefrocenow never had a problem until one month I did not pay so I reset the subscription to find out I'm am now 100 hour limet a month to play on the site. Witch dose not sound like a small amount but it's only 2 half hours a day u can play now for the same price I paid last month with no 100 hour cap it's outrageous to the players on geforcenow who currentley dont have the 100 hour limet its gunna hit everyone jan 1st 2026 geforcenow gaming will be deadby 2027 if they go frew with this.

Just buy a gaming pc save ya sen blooming hassel, I have and will never go back to geforcenow again.

GFN took the wrong turn

I started out with GFN 2 years ago and was happy with free and paid "performance" tier they provided back then. Now, the worst choice to implement the 100 hour limit, which is not a problem for me, because i rarely pass the 100h mark, I'm more displeased with the unclear tier description.
Leaving a bad review because the service in general and rig choice has gotten worse. Tried the new "performance" plan after playing for some months in "free" tier as i changed monitors to a ultra wide one with max resolution 3440x1440. In performance tier there is written that there is a support for 1440p resolution and ultra wide, so i took that, but after subscribing i immediately noticed that the max resolution for ultra wide being only 2560 x 1080, which is absurd, clearly not as described and the rig is a switch from RTX3050 (free tier) to RTX3060 (performance) that is laughable. 2 years back for performance tier i could get a RTX2080 most of the time which could easily handle any game at the time @1080p max settings, but now on @1440p on RTX3060 is a no-go, barely can have 60fps on high setting. In short, there is no real benefit to pay 11 euros for "performance" imo. I'm giving 2* instead of 1* because NVIDIA support made an exception and refunded me. Only real choice is Ultimate tier, but given the price to 100h ratio limit and the small game selection, i pass. Boosteroid is the way to go now.

Terrible everything, nvidia should drop Cloud.GG

Terrible game support.
Terrible Customer Service.
Terrible stream quality.

They also claim their service is non refundable, which is a violation of Australian consumer law.

Terrible everything, nvidia should drop Cloud.GG in Australia and do it themselves.

Game crashes!

I have a paid subscription of 10.99 a month, but luckily i got it on a discount. The service is horrible, my game (Cities skylines 2) crashes all the time and suddenly there are waiting queues of over 200 and when youve been in the queue for over an hour your game just crashes instantly and you can re-enter the queue. Terrible experience, don't recommend getting it if its not on a good discount.
