5 Stars!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and clean and the manager, Jorge, was very helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend Playacar Vacation Rentals.

Great Stay
We only had two disappointments; 1.) the pool was not heated and the water was unusually cold, 2.) There was a cheap plastic shower curtain in the master bath shower. Apparently part of the glass wall was broken and this put in its place.

Great Customer Service
Jorge was great. He was readily available to answer questions, assisted us with getting laundry done and delivered while we were out and generally provided great customer service.
The unit was clean and well maintained.

Jorge was incredibly helpful and attentive. All the house staff did a great job. Special thanks to Jorge when our flight was delayed and he gave me the proper contacts at Air Canada in Mexico.
Thanks everybody.
