No customer service, never received my console. Asked for my order to be cancelled, no reply until I commented on instagram. Emailed/filled out online form many times, no response. Had to raise a dispute with my bank to get the money back.

Ordered and a horrifically cheap thing turned up that was nothing like the advert. I emailed and they promised a replacement will be delivered in 5-10 days. It's not been 20 days and i am having no repsonse in asking for a refund or the correct item. It's a scam

Avoid I ordered 2 consoles after nearly 1 month, 1 random console that I didn’t order turned up with half the content on wrong colour. Still waiting for both my consoles I contact their customer service and they said send images of what was sent and they have blocked my email and refusing to reply. Avoid scam company

absolute scam, my console arrived NOTHNG like the console I ordered, super basic and no decent games AVOID

Avoid. Scam company, I've gone to my bank to recover costs. Email addresses don't work, no reply or contact.

My order never turned up. I emailed them 3 times on 2 different email address I have for them but never had a reply. I want a refund but I know that won't happen now , please save yourself this hassle and buy off amazon or something, product may be good but I will never know.

So they scammed me and I’m currently claiming from the bank. They have had the cheek to dispute it!! They have sent my bank a copy of the delivery. I can’t get over their audacity - they have sent me a pile of rubbish. On top of that I paid for two but they sent one yet they are still trying to keep the money.

Avoid avoid avoid. I’ve initiated a charge back as they didn’t send what I ordered and what they did send was a non working, what can only be described as something worse looking than the original gameboy. Smaller screen didn’t match the photos nothing. It didn’t even start. I’ve contacted their support and after sending proof they’ve stopped writing anything back. My fault for not looking at actual reviews. Thankfully my bank works wonders and already credited me the amount plus it’s already been successful in its dispute process. So this scammy company got nothing from me.

Purchased for my 8-year-old who was curious about "old games." She picked it up instantly without needing any instructions. Now she knows all the games I grew up with which is pretty cool. Battery life is long enough that I don't have to keep charging it for her. No internet connection needed means no worry about online safety issues.

Never seen any slowdown even with the more demanding PlayStation titles. Games boot up in seconds unlike the original hardware which took forever. Button response feels instant with no input lag that I can notice. Even after playing for hours the unit doesn't get hot which is impressive for something this compact. My old Gameboy would be burning up after half the time!

Joke of a company.

Ordered 2 items 2 months ago and still have not received them. Order has been closed out on shop.

Emailed them for a refund and received no response.

Do not buy from them they are a scam company.

scam site, take your money, don't send you the goods. don't respond to emails and they delete your comments on their facebook page.

Did not receive what I've ordered once delivery was made and I emailed a complaint they have blocked my email address do not fall for this company

I ordered 2 handheld consoles on a money save offer.
The consoles are meant to have 15000 games and the consoles looked solid on the adverts.
I have had my order turn up today for some cheap Chinese made flimsy and poorly made console arrive.
I tried to call the contact number provided on the website and it hangs up after one ring.
I have emailed for a response but i'm not holding my breathe for a response.
I would like to advise anyone who is thinking about purchasing one of these to avoid at all costs and save your money

You will receive a fake version of your order. Once you have made your payment you will be blocked from all communications. You will not hear from these people once they have taken your money. DO NOT BUY.

I received a faulty console (issue with sound) and was promise a replacement, this was a few weeks ago now and I am since being ignored by Justin. I suggest anyone else that has issues to file an ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution on the Gov.uk website.

No Stars if I could. Waited way longer for the delivery than expected. Ordered two consoles yellow and purple. They only sent me one console and the one that arrived is nothing like the ones I ordered. It was a cheaper grey console that only have 400 games smaller screen worse resolution no analog sticks and none of the games it was showcasing on the website. Avoid this scam,currently in dispute with my bank to get my money back. They won't respond to emails at all.

I bought mine end off February and received it 3 weeks later . Tracking parcel doesn’t always work not updated but I deffo got mine .
