Our team was completely ghosted by you we provided you extra time at least 4 to 5 times on the same day which was already delayed by a day. Our texts and calls went unanswered constantly. It was not about the rental period it was all about our future bookings aligned and commitments. Had our team been only informed about your actual available time all the unnecessary trouble for both of us could be easily avoided. There is no option to upload screenshots or else it could be easily proved who was abusive. We take your feedback positively and definitely use it for our future improvements. Thank you.
