We have not received a single support message from you regarding this issue. Instead, you posted a negative review within approximately one hour of placing your order, without giving us any opportunity to investigate or resolve the matter.
If there had been any problem with the product listing or your purchase, we would have been happy to assist you immediately through our support channels. Leaving multiple negative reviews for the same product without contacting us first is neither fair nor constructive.

Once a promotion ends, the price is automatically updated to its regular rate. I left a negative, but all too brief and nondescript review of a single transaction when it happened. I had contacted playland, and they had said "so, what"... I was upset... But I deleted that review, and this one is more detailed, and not as harsh. I paid for a key to the invite only game "Path of Exile II", i could have bought it from the publisher's site, but I didn't. The key wasn't as described... it unlocked the game, but none of the features, had none of the bonuses.. it was someone's free "invite", not an actual product key... Playland likely had no recourse, but didn't lay it out it those terms, they brushed me off, basically said "it happens, get over it"... that stung... but the service in general didn't deserve one star, and a non specific rant... so this is the fix...
