Awful Customer Support
I've been with this website for 5 years and i've never had a problem with this website. Until i logged on once or twice with a VPN and than my account get suspended. I talk to the support Team for 3 days and vie been bounced to 6 different representatives of player support and ive given 3-4 Pieces of ID and billinging information. That the support asked for than they ask for even more. Its like their trying to steal your identity. I would rather Switch to G2A to sell and buy after this experience and they still haven't fixed the problem yet.

Canceled orders are always refunded. If you used crypto on the second transaction and it was canceled, you will be refunded back to the refund ID you provided at the beginning of the transaction (this is asked in the form).
Please provide us your order ID for that so we can assist you with the refund. You may edit the review to include it, or you may provide it to the Trustpilot inquiry you will receive on your registered email here.
