I bought an expensive account on the first weeks of April, that was recovered by the original owner shortly after the purchase. Even though I provided clear evidence including a conversation with the original owner proving the account was taken back PlayerAuctions refused to help.
I had even paid extra for the "After-sale Protection," but it's a total scam. They ignored everything and closed the dispute in favour of the seller. I didn’t give up, once I found the method and initiated a formal chargeback through my bank, they immediately suspended my account to hide the evidence and block my access.
My bank reviewed the evidence and FORCED a full refund that just came today, after a month of desperation. The banking circuit has higher authority than this site's fake "After-Sale warranty."
If you get scammed, don't trust their support. Gather your screenshots, prove that the original owner reclaimed the account, and go straight to your bank.
I got my money back despite your attempts to protect a fraudulent sale. You messed with the wrong person.

First time using the website it was simple and because of the ratings on sellers I was able to find a good purchase got my items fast and I’m very happy with this website overall. Seemed too good to be true to be honest 😂 just got arc raider guns

Dealing with the individual sellers was easy and fast. However, you can't add multiple orders to a cart, so they have to be one at a time. When I went to make the next buy I was required to prove my validation by providing a picture of me holding my credit card and driver's license. First, I had to do that once before and it was a nightmare trying to provide exactly the form and size demanded, and, after much effort on my part, in the end it was rejected. Second, I don't feel comfortable providing that info through email. Third, it takes a long time to set up the proof. I found all that part very off-putting. I found another place where it's easier to buy from and most likely won't use Player Auctions again.

The sales were good, but they charged me a $40 commission when I withdrew my money.

Never done this before and was a little worried but it was super easy. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for ways to get items for your game. It worked well for Fallout 76.

Order #15908456
I bought a Clash of Clans account on PlayerAuctions on April 19 for around 100€. Two weeks later, the account was recovered by the original seller.
I repeatedly asked the seller for the recovery codes after the purchase, but he claimed he no longer had them. Later, Supercell temporarily blocked all security changes on the account due to suspicious activity, meaning I could not change the email, phone number, or generate new recovery codes myself. A few days later, the email linked to the account was changed without my authorization, proving the seller still had access and recovered the account.
I provided PlayerAuctions with screenshots of every email, every conversation with the seller, and all the evidence showing what happened. The seller also stopped responding completely after the recovery.
What is unacceptable is that despite all this evidence, I am still the one who lost both the account and my money simply because I did not purchase an additional warranty option. Recovering an account only two weeks after selling it should never be considered normal.
As a regular buyer on this platform, this experience completely destroyed my trust in PlayerAuctions.
