Probably the best and the safest place to purchase game account, i recently bought a HSR account and I was amazed by the speedy service ,got my product within 10 minutes.

I bought a genshin account from here and it came really quickly also they have a lot of options

I ordered a genshin impact account on 9, April, 2024 and paid the full amount and the seller did not sent me the account even though it was stated it rakes 10 minutes and no reply from him or playersloot to this day. I tried everything sent them email, support ticket, live chat, support chat. However, no luck.

I bought an item and immediately received it and it has warranty also !! I recommend it

It's over 3 months and no payment from them to the sellers, they are now scamming people and all the reviews are being deleted from here!

Seller ghosted me. 72 hours passed from my order and i got no refund. Support is not answer

I was having a bit of a problem because my father ordered a genshin starter account and when he finished paying, the status of the order said that it was unpaid even though the page said payment succesful and we've been for more than 6 hours, still hasn't changed the payment status and we haven't even gotten an answer.
We tried to get in contact with the support yet thet don't even answer.

There was still no respond on the vendor application even after a month...if your allowing only one person to be vendor what's the use of this site just shut it down and create a store site this is useless.

I did not get what was guaranteed for my account, he sent fake logins for email and then ghosted me.

i cant even buy anything because everytime i tried to join theyre disocrd the link is not available watch out maybe they are trying to scammed ???

I don't think anyone would have the patience to wait 24 hours for username and password for the account you just bought. Sent the refund request and they ain't responding.

at first i encounter a bug i did not get what i bought i e-mail them yest they took A DAY!! to replay witch scared me i thought its a scam ngl but they did replay and made me talke to the manger himslf and he is amazing person who helped me ALOT he gave me the goods made sure im satisfied told me why the bug happen it was unlucky n was my first experience in the website he investigate the problem n all 1000% this website is legit i was scared at first buying from them what did i buy gunshin account i got it as describe too overall happy

Bought multiple fort accounts from here for really cheap! (August to September 2023, they are more expensive now) And got good fast service! Recently got scammed by a false seller and got a refund within 24 hours! Team is respectable, helpful and kind and are always willing to help you!!!
