Claiming they haven’t received it. And keep giving me stupid auto responses and cutting me off when I say I will report to my bank for fraud! Stay clear of this site, they take your money and don’t credit your account and claim they haven’t received funds when they have!!

I've had quite a few big wins from this site. However I am disappointed that they no longer have Rainbow Riches PicknMix as an option.

Something doesn't feel right about this site. I don't trust that it's fair. That is my honest opinion that I have formed over many attempts at playing slots at this site.

This sites games eats through your balance like no other. Endless dead spins, zero big wins, very few bonus features. Bonus features always pay less than 1/3 of the money it took to get the feature. Promotions don't work properly, customer support always wants screenshots of promotions that don't work and disappear, there are withdrawal fees if you are ever lucky enough to withdraw, or you seen half you balance disappear in less than 5 mins and smart enough to take what you have left back and go elsewhere. I highly recommend avoiding this site at all costs.

I wish I had read these reviews before signing up. It's a disaster of a gaming site. I had to contact them each time following a deposit because it would say declined but it was taken from my account. 3 days later it would land in my account. I don't know how this site is even allowed to trade, it's the worst gaming site I've ever played. I can't blame the customer service, they've only been able to solve the issue when highlighted, it's their management that are corrupt.

I deposited £50 and they immediately closed my account. They said they would refund my money but didn't so I said it was making me feel stressed so they called the police to check on me which was humiliating and over the top.
When they found out I was OK they didn't refund the money. They have asked for my bank details 3 times and ive sent it and we've exchanged over 60 emails over a week and a half. I've given them until 9am to process the refund or I'm contacting their regulating body and the gambling commission.
They don't operate ethically, their bullies and lies. DO NOT DEPOSIT

Horrific customer service, still don’t have my withdrawal after providing all documents requested. You sit on live chat for an hour before you get a reply then they don’t know how to help so they say documents being reviewed even though your documents have all been verified. Sites a scam stay away

Offered a 200% deposit bonus noticed you can only withdraw 100 from any bonus and the site is that slow I didn't even get to the deposit page before I had enough (crap)
