Ordered a game code from this site and got an acknowledgement that my order was received and that payment had been made
A couple of hours later, my code had not arrived. I emailed to find out the situation and (weekend evening), got an immediate response with my code. All worked perfectly.
I don't judge companies on what they do when it all goes right. I judge them by how they address problems. They were spot on. I would highly recommend them.
