Only good new is that in the day of debit and card chargeback you're not getting to keep it.
Moved gig from one venue to another, gig was postponed, 4 months later no word, no refund.
Playground of sound were, according to Skiddle (from whom I`d bought tickets) the Promoters of Hot Chips s show at Junction 1 , Glasgow on Friday, 05/08/22.
This was a postponed event.
I had arranged for a day off for the original date.
I had hoped to be able to attend the re-arranged event.....I waited until the beginning of the week , hoping I could arrange a favourable shift for o5/08/22
But I was unable to do so.
Thus, I informed Skiddle, who told me that refunds would not come from them, but from the Promoter - Playground of Sound.
Skiddle sent me contact details for them.
However, despite having messaged them every day since, they have yet to respond.
This leaves me (and my girlfriend) out of pocket for a gig we, through no fault of our own, could not attend.
I believe Playground of sound have treated us with utter contempt, and, as a gig goer since 1977, regard them as the WORST people we have encountered in all that time.
I wanted to give them ZERO stars, but your system would not let me.
