I had a question about how to use the scheduling tab for multiple screens and Evan was so very helpful! He solved the problem and it works great. We have LOVED Playlister. It really does make scheduling multiple rooms with different needs so easy!

I had a quick question on an administrative need and I had a response (with the solution) within 15 minutes from the support team. Being able to talk to a vendor that quickly in todays world is unheard of! Excellent product and great customer service as needs arise.

We are huge fans of Playlister! Our church ministry uses the Orange curriculum, so there is no comparison for us. The content downloads automatically, we can make adjustments when needed without having to have an overload of videos, etc in the system. Our team members have autonomy to add/change their content without having to come to a singular computer, lightening the load for our Children's Director.

I am very happy with Playlister. Any question that I have had, has been answered within minutes. The one time I called by accident after closing, they called me back the next morning, and I didn't even leave a message. I was having hardware issues, that had nothing to do with Playlister, and they still helped me. If you are concerned about the technical side, do it! They will help you.

Our church has been using Playlister for quite a while now. A representative from Playlister reached out encouraging us to add the Apple TV. This is amazing in the amount of time it is saving me and when I show it to a volunteer there is no fear of the technology. This company calls you back even if you do not leave a message!
