I have a google review saying practically the same bur warranty is a lie they will say they didn't get your email. I complained once and they threatened to sue me for defamation over a negative review when it was my experience. 3D games don't run and it stopped working completely after 2 uses for myself. They also Doxed me when I complained this is years ago but whenever I see them or think of them I get angry. Emulation consoles are a gamble, but the owners are scummy. My statement about the email can be seen as a common theme if you view google reviews, somebody said they complained in email about it and they went "no you didn't, you liar" to paraphrase. Just get a kinhank console or a retro pocket handheld they work a lot better and more often. 3D games are hard to emulate, that is not their fault but at least when I paid for my microcade it implied that they work well or at least mostly but the frame rate makes it impossible to play besides a handful of ps1 games. Again kinhank and retro pocket have more working titles and don't have horrible owners. Again my review is like 2020/2021 but it left such a negative experience that I've never hated a business as much as I hate them and my old trade boss exploited people with learning disabilities such as myself to work 50 hours on well below minimum wage. Fair trade never helped after calling 3 times to me, same level of scum, but different flavours. All 3 companies, fair trade, microcade and my old bosses dead company TopCoat which he's probably still frauding for Tax like his other 2 dead companies.

I built mine and it is so fun!! It was very straightforward and fun to build it. All the tools came with it, too! I only broke one of the pieces, but I was able to fix it. The email response from the company was prompt and helpful.

I would recommend it for anyone who would like to have some success building an actual working thing using solder and electronics.

I’d like to learn more about how to program it - I’m amazed and impressed with the unit.

Love the product. Only things I would change is to allow the ability to purchase the tools separately and to use a shipping company that allows for better tracking internationally.

A terrible product, mine broke the minute I tried to use it and when I tried to return it they said it was my fault and refused outright to help me at all...a piece of garbage and absolutely horrible people to deal with avoid at all cost.

My order was for two microarcades. I only recieved one!

Arrived a little early, well packaged.
I ordered two for presents so haven't and feedback on the details, but they looked great.

It still hasn’t arrived and will miss our Christmas celebration. It was not clear when ordering that this was shipping from China and would take additional time.

I have purchased the Micro Cade and it works great and is very easy to use. Has so many games that you'll never get bored of it. Fantastic unit. Very easy to set up and works as it should right out of the box.

The videos were very helpful and a few "tricks" that really made putting the console together easier!!

My boyfriend got two microcade arcade consoles for our monthly date night, and it was a success! It was pretty easy to assemble on its own as it has markings on the panels, but the company also provides a video guide. All in all, it probably took us an hour (provided we took our time), and was an enjoyable and intimate experience.

In terms of use, the consoles loaded up immediately after we finished building them, and there were already games installed. It's very cute and looks adorable on my desk - I often find myself playing games on it during my work breaks.
